Yolo by the Sea is a beautifully decorated home and is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. It's located near the famous 'Shunk Gulley's and Gulf Place. This 4-bedroom 4.4-bathroom sleeps 10 comfortably. You will fall in love with the kitchen with chef-inspired appliances and a spacious island. The kitchen offers anything you would need for a perfect vacation. The gas stove is the envy of all the cooks and is our private chef's favorite. The beautiful staircase will bring you to the second floor and from there you can pick your bedroom! In addition to the King master suite with walk-in shower on the first floor, there is another beautifully appointed primary king suite featuring a walk-in shower and a soaking tub on the second floor. The third bedroom includes a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom for added convenience. The fourth bedroom, also on the second floor, is a fun bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment. Enjoy sitting in the backyard enjoying the pool and relaxing. Area Attractions:

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and in a picturesque beach neighborhood. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk, and there are great food options near the house. A golf cart would be helpful in transporting beach supplies, and there is a place near to rent but even so, the walk was manageable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I booked this Airbnb for my mom’s 70th birthday! The home was absolutely beautiful. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic. Also,if I had a question or concern about the property, the host was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. Santa Rosa Beach is beautiful. This is an awesome location!!!!! Another plus about the home, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Would definitely stay at this home again.

I cannot say enough good things about YOLO by the Sea. It is as beautiful as the pictures on the listing, honestly even more so. The furnishings and decor are lovely and the whole house was as clean as can be. The kitchen is a gem! So much space! We enjoy cooking big meals as a family together and never did we feel crowded. The center island/bar with six stools is especially nice. There were plenty of bath towels etc. Our host was super responsive and always got back to me right away. We had only one issue during our week and it was fixed immediately! I would highly recommend YOLO by the Sea for your Santa Rosa Beach vacation. My whole extended family (we do this week for vacation together every year) unanimously agreed that it was the best house we have rented yet! Also the pool is clean and refreshing. Enjoyed it everyday!

The property and neighborhood are great but with small children and all our gear, we had to scope out parking close by and stay where there is public access to the beach. The public part of the beach gets very crowded and very limited parking. The door going inside from the pool could use a good scrubbing as it is covered in black mold. Real joy was very responsive to our questions.
