Our family love staying in Watercolor Townhouse 9. We have stayed in Watercolor for years, but this was by far our favorite. I will definitely rent through Realjoy again. Walt was the BEST to work with. He was helpful before we arrived and all during our stay. We had one maintenance issue and David was sent quickly to repair. can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Enjoyed our first trip to Seaside/Watercolor! The condo was great - a perfect location. Easy access to everything; pool, beach, the square. The bikes were so nice and we really liked the Watercolor beach access. Private enough to avoid crowds yet close enough to the square to walk to enjoy everything that Seaside has to offer! The condo was awesome! We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio everyday, and had more than enough space for our group. The linens and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed! RealJoy was great as well - clear communication and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Large multi level condo beachfront and next to the Beach Club. Very large and comfortable and well appointed. Loved the locale close to the beach, amenities and restaurants. Easy biking to wherever we wanted to go. Only wish we could have seen the gulf better from the balcony but the dunes and vegetation prevented that.

An amazing three-bedroom three bath beachfront condo in watercolor. Our family of five had an amazing time both in the condo on the beach at camp watercolor and at all of the restaurants and shopping in Seaside. We will definitely be back in the future.

Excellent property in a great location. There are two suggestions: The floors were not as clean as possible as anyone walking barefoot inside the property quickly found out. The second issue was not being aware that there is an exclusive provider of golf carts for Watercolor (Electric Car Company). This is fine as long as you know; we had reserved a cart from a different company ahead of time and found out when arriving that they are not allowed in the community. On another note the clothes dryer did not work well. Overall the property is great and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

The dining slip covers are pretty stained. Maybe using faux leather or something that can be cleaned regularly would be better. The showers had mold, but we bought cleaner and cleaned. The stove and oven are a bit tricky. Overall, we had a great time and would rent again.

The property is just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. It was a quick walk or bike ride to just about anywhere. We loved being on the beachside of 30A. This condo was perfect for our party of 7. There was one hiccup with the pool key card but we sorted it out in a day...Access to 3 pools was great. Camp Watercolor was where are kids had the most fun (age 2 & 5) and this is a beautiful bike ride away. (About 1.5 miles) The condo is really close to beach access and you can never say enough about sugar sand beaches and the clear blue water in Watercolor.

Wonderful property, super location, we wanted to be on the beach, although the view is partial due to obstruction by the dunes and landscaping. We could see the water in the distance, but not the beach at all. Property was spacious and fulfilled our every need. Can't beat having the pool within steps from our porch. The property is true to the pictures. It's larger than it appears from the pictures. It was clean. We had to get rid of some bugs when we first arrived, but otherwise no other issues. Great location, close to Watercolor amenities and just a quick walk or bike ride to Seaside. We had an initial problem with our amenity cards not being left under the door mat as promised - Realjoy mgmt company blamed it on Watercolor security, security referred me back to Realjoy. That was a frustrating way to start the trip, but it was resolved. Overall we really enjoyed the property and had a wonderful trip!

As far as the property goes it was fantastic. 10 steps from the pool and easy beach access. Wonderful restaurant on property right next door and walking distance to dining across the street. My only real complaint is against Water Color itself. They limit the amount of golf cart rentals to 45 for the whole Water Color Community. So it books up months in advance, thus not great for any last minute getaway. This also means far more bikes and posed a problem for parking in the underneath parking because there were so many bikes that people would leave bikes blocking parking spots for cars since it was crowded and hard to get them out of the way.

Rented for long weekend getaway. Home is right next to the resort inn, but it has its own (heated!) pool. First thing noticed was that it has great floor space and is wide and airy. We rented bikes and there is all kinds of interesting places to bike to. We ate out a lot as there's many options (Bud N Alleys was delicious, close, and a favorite, although pricey. Packed at sunset!) One night we cooked in, and the kitchen was great and it was romantic fun. The beach is just over the one sand dune (close!) and the dune cut down the wind at the pool. December, at the beach! Covered parking for my convertible.

Our family booked this property during Thanksgiving break. The property itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and located in the best spot on 30A. We enjoyed time on the beach, which is incredibly easy to access from the property, as well as several of the pools, lunches at The Beach Club, tennis lessons at the nearby resort tennis center, and we rented bikes for the entire family so we could ride together each day. We highly recommend this property and we were very impressed with the property management company as well as we experienced no glitches or problems. All of the questions I had were promptly answered via email or text. We hope to return soon!

The condo was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. It was so nice to walk out the door and be right at the pool. It was also great to have a covered parking spot in the garage. The only issue with the condo was the wi-fi was very spotty. It was hard for my husband to access emails and work a little while there. Otherwise, All was wonderful and we plan to come again!

Second year staying here and loved it again. It was perfect for our group. A large well stocked kitchen and lots of room in the den. Downstairs bedroom is good so that everyone is not right on top of one another. The master suite area is very spacious and comfortable. The dunes have grown up to the point where you can't see the sand anymore but you can see the ocean. Enjoy having my coffee on the deck and listening to the waves. Very relaxing. We walked over to Seaside and watched the sunset from Bud and Alley's to celebrate son's birthday. Great time.

My family and I recently visited Watercolor and would definitely recommend #9 to our friends and family. It is in a great location, conveniently situated near the town center, restaurants and beach access. This unit is on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and parking. We liked that the covered parking spot kept our car cool and made it easy to unload luggage and groceries. We loved the close proximity to the pool and which made it easy with the kiddos wanting to go back and forth. The furnishings and decor were excellent and provided the perfect retreat! My only complaint would be the towels provided, but the other linens like the bedding were wonderful! Another great stay in Watercolor...we will definitely be back to #9!

I stayed in this lovely townhouse for a long weekend with my family and a few extra teenagers. We had plenty of room and the location could not have been better. It is as close to the beach as you can get at Watercolor. Everything was right outside our door -- access to the beach, shops, restaurants and a semi-private pool. We hardly used our car the whole time we were there! This townhouse comes with covered parking which is nice because not only could we keep our car covered but it provided a great place to keep our bikes and paddle board. We really enjoyed it and would love to stay here again in the future!
