Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. Welcome to Sun Kissed, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 6 and is nestled in the serene Forest Lakes community, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque neighborhood lake and nature trails. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by tall pines from the large covered back patio and spend your days exploring 30A on the 4 included bikes. The Master has a king bed, and both guest bedrooms have queen beds. Come make lasting memories at Sun Kissed for years to come.

Forest Lakes neighborhood has an idyllic setting overlooking a peaceful lake with thousands of acres of state forest bordering the community. Completely secluded and quiet, it's hard to believe Highway 30A is just down the road and offers quick access to all the amenities you could desire in this South Santa Rosa Beach location. The recently renovated community pools offer for a relaxing dip after a long day at the beach. Make memories on the fishable lake, that's catch and release, and there's also a lovely, covered picnic area with grills, as well as a playground for the kiddos. Blue Mountain Beach is just to the east, and the shops, entertainment, and dining venues of Gulf Place Town Center are a short drive to the west. Incredible white sand beaches are a few minutes down the road.

Area Attractions:

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My husband and I stayed in the Sun-kissed house for 3 days. It is nestled in the woods of Forest Lake and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The house was extremely clean, had the cutest porch and screened area in the back and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to restaurants, bike trails, Blue Mountain ice cream shop and all the amenities of a 30A vacation. RealJoy was quick to response if we had any questions. We would highly recommend this property.

We were looking for a private, quiet, slow-paced place but close to beach, restaurants and shopping with lots to do for our toddler granddaughters and this fit our family of 8 perfectly. We LOVED the community, the tree covered, brick paved roads, morning and afternoon walks, playground, pond, pool and friendly neighbors. This was the perfect place to have a "stay-cation". We cooked every meal (kitchen was fully stocked), played several games (had lots to choose from), even had a little family dance party in the living/kitchen area (spacious). We enjoyed early mornings and late evenings on the porches. Hosts were kind, helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The house and the neighborhood was just awesome! It’s a beautiful setting and so private. There was a lot of construction with new builds still going on and one right next to the house. It did make parking and getting out a challenge at times but all the workers were so accommodating and nice to move for us if needed.
We loved the bikes! We used them often and bikes to Blue Mountain Creamery several evenings and also the bakery for breakfast! I loved my kids were able to rides bikes and walk around the neighborhood with no worries.
The house is just as described, clean and well appointed! I would definitely stay here again. The pool was peaceful and never too busy!

House was beautiful, a lot of construction around which I think caused an issue with trash pick up but texted the office and they sent someone right over to pick up for us! 6 adults-we had plenty of room and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and appliances!

My family stayed for spring break and as always, had a great time in Santa Rosa. We had a issue with unlocking the door due to the batteries dying on the lock. We called and someone came out to check it quickly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a great pool and outdoor grilling area which we utilized a lot! Loved the house.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this home from start to finish. The management company RealJoy was very professional and communicative throughout the process and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The home itself was in a beautiful private setting/community that worked really well for my family. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The four included bikes were a really nice extra bonus and we used them a lot while we were there. I would highly reccomend this home and the management company RealJoy to anybody who is visiting The 30A area. I would absolulty stay here again with my family and I plan to reccomend it to several friends as welll.
