Great stay here! You won't be disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. 5 adults - my wife and I, my parents and our oldest son. Plenty of space for all of us and we never felt crowded. Lovely beachfront and view from the balcony. Highly recommend you book here.... or don't so we can come back! LOL

We had a fabulous family trip! The condo is beautiful, spacious and has 3 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms. Kitchen counter can sit 6 at the counter and the dining room can sit six. It was nicely decorated. The elevators were always readily available. The large pool with the tanning ledge and hot tub was awesome. Best of all was the short walk to the pristine white sand. The chairs and umbrella service was well appreciated. The ocean water was crystal clear and the sunsets were stunningly beautiful. We made wonderful memories and hope to be back next year. We loved staying at this condo! So clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach. Very spacious, the perfect amount of space for our party of 4 adults and 2 young kiddos! The balcony and views were spectacular. We decided to extend our trip an extra day; we didn’t want to leave! Beautifully decorated, spacious and modern. Only 2 things stood out that were a bit annoying. The pool lights where shining through the top of the curtains, and you couldn't hear the ocean because of the constant running of the pumps or AC below.

Condo was perfect for our family vacation, the kitchen was fully stocked with nice appliances! Elevators were really quick and resort was quiet with a huge pool. Convenient location with Walmart 10 minutes away and lots of ice cream shops!

Overall we were very pleased with the condo, however, it wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped. There were coffee ring stains left on one of the night stands, visible mold and mildew in the guest shower, and there was a lot of hair and sand left in the living room rug. The washer also smelled absolutely terrible and would make the whole condo smell horrendous if left open. Also, there was no Keurig coffee machine in the room as pictured. Otherwise, it was a beautiful condo and we were happy with the space it provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was spotless when we arrived, and everything was exactly as described. The three king beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and having beach chairs and an umbrella included was a big bonus.
The balcony offered a beautiful view of the ocean, and we enjoyed quiet, relaxing mornings and evenings out there. The pool was clean and a great option for the kids after the beach. Wi-Fi was reliable, and having a washer and dryer in the unit made a big difference for our family.
Check-in was smooth and simple. The host was responsive and easy to work with—when we had a small issue with the coffee pot, it was replaced very quickly without any hassle.
Overall, this condo was a perfect fit for our family. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

First time at this beautiful Sterling Beach Condo 406! Quiet peaceful location. Our stay was end of Oct-Nov, perfect time to go. Great weather. Condo was very spacious for our group of 5. Beds comfy, the Kitchen had all the needed kitchen essentials, great skillets to cook our food in. We've stayed at Condos where the kitchen cookware needed attention but in 406 they stay up with those little details. Wonderful large size deck for our daily morning Coffee and breakfast. The Beach chairs and umbrella set-up on the beach are an added plus where we didn't have to drag our own chairs down. After Oct 31, when they remove chairs from Beach, there were 3 camping chairs left in condo which we took down each morning! Sterling Beach is so close to Shopping, Restaurants and Boating! Captain Anderson's and Lagoon Pontoon rentals are so close! We rented a pontoon for the whole day to swim, fish and see Shell Island. Exciting for the kids! Definetly Home away from Home. God Bless!

The room was very nice and the location was great. The door code wouldn’t work but that was quickly resolved. The ceiling fan was on in the master bedroom when we arrived and we were unable to turn it off because of a bad switch. This took four days to fix, but I believe RealJoy was actively trying to get someone to repair it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Love the room, all was clean and neat. Loved the fact that there was workers all day that were very nice and tended to your needs. No complaints but a snack bar/tiki bar/restaurant on the premises would be awesome. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Beach #406. We found the condo/building to be well kept up and the employees on the grounds were very friendly and helpful, The unit inside was beautiful, modern and nicely decorated. The building itself and grounds were properly maintained. We always found parking. It was pretty quiet and peaceful, had a decent gym, nice pool and spa, the kitchen was well stocked, nice washer and dryer, the small vacuum was convenient. Check-in/out instructions were simple. What we didn't like was that the floor in the condo was dirty and not well swept (food crumbs found in different areas). Our toddler's feet were disgustedly dirty soon after arriving and walking on his bare feet on that floor. Another issue was that there was hair in the master bathroom shower.

One of the best stays we have had in recent years. Perfect location for the teenagers with so many activities nearby, including the pool and beach, of course. And the balcony was my haven for relaxing and listening to the waves. Has all the essentials in the kitchen, but be sure to bring/plan to buy all the basic ingredients if you plan on cooking. We loved pretty much everything about our stay!
