On the first floor, you will find 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin/full bunk bed. On the 2nd floor, the master bedroom is very large and has a balcony overlooking the private pool. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and tall vanities. The kitchen and living room have a sleeper sofa on this floor. This house sleeps 9 comfortably. The living room has a front balcony for sunset watching. After a fun day at the beach, the pool is a lovely space to unwind, relax, and enjoy watching the kid's swim. Come start making memories that will last a lifetime at Seaside Serenity.

Wonderful stay! It was our first time renting a beach house vs a condo. So we were leery of the walk to the beach. But from this house it was a closer walk with no elevator waits, no stairs to walk to the beach. Just a short walk to a boardwalk and a short distance across the sand. Garage was amazing to wheel all of our sandy items into. No sand tracking in the house. Outdoor showers and water hose for removing sand before going inside. NO LINES or Public ppl to wait to move. Our kids loved the pool and we were able to have our dog babies with us! We didn’t miss the hustle and bustle of large condos at all.

It was well kept . Good area and secure . Management was nice to deal with. The air conditioning on bottom floor went out . I called the office. Someone was sent out . I did see their truck in the driveway. However , the air conditioning stilldid not work after the worker came.

We had a great stay with family and this property met all of our needs. It has been a while since we stayed on the east side of PCB off Thomas Dr but it was great! It was off season so the area was peaceful mostly families or couples in other houses and the beach access was a quick and easy 3 minute walk. You can’t see the water from this house but you can be there quickly. The house itself is like the pictures decorated nicely appliances new, everything in working order. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed all the rooms had TV’s when ready for bed. We played board games, enjoyed good food and we were able to relax as if we were home. The living space had a nice sofa and chair and chaise lounge all were comfortable and clean and relaxing. The only thing I would recommend is possibly adding a heating unit for the pool so it can be enjoyed all year long BUT I was told before we came the pool was not heated so we knew. RealJoy was a great host and we hope to return soon.

The home was spacious and very clean. The host was kind and responsive. The clean, beautiful beach is right by the house. Quiet at night. Pretty pool. Comfortable beds. I like that there was several restaurants and stores very close b,y within 1-2 minutes. If. you want authentic Mexican food, you can walk or drive drive by the house to eat at Guadalajara Mexican grill. I got canned asada a huge plate only twenty dollars. very friendly service.

The place is just amazing and in a 3 Minutes walk you are at the wonderful beach. The rooms are just great and the kitchen and the living room are awesome.
