Welcome to Bream Island, a beautiful condo located in the quiet complex of Sandy Pointe. This unit sleeps 4 and is in a great location with nearby restaurants and easy beach access. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this newly remodeled condo! This one-bedroom, one-bath condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, and there are two memory foam twin roll-out beds if additional space is needed. Prepare your delicious meals in your well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy easy access to the beach, across the street, for family beach days, sunset strolls, and more. Come find out why Bream Island is the perfect location to unwind!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

The Sandy Pointe at Destin West is located in Fort Walton Beach, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. This complex is great for a couples getaway or a quiet space for a small family. Close to Crab Island, it also features a BBQ grilling area for guests to enjoy.

Okaloosa Island is a barrier island with white beaches and emerald waters near Fort Walton Beach. Located between Pensacola and Panama City, enjoy powdery sugar sands, extensive beaches, a sparkling Gulf of Mexico, first-rate golf courses, and loads of family fun. Vacation rentals here enjoy all the amusements of larger vacation spots but in a laid-back atmosphere. With great resorts and fun attractions such as parks, the Gulfarium, and museums, Fort Walton Beach is a favorite Northwest Florida destination. With natural wonders and interesting history, Fort Walton Beach and Okaloosa Island are a major find along the Emerald Coast. Nice condo within walking distance to beach access. Close to lots of restaurants/activities which is nice. Short drive to Destin. Very quiet place which was just what we wanted. They keep the place very clean with everything you need for a nice stay.

We had a great stay with only a couple issues that with a phone call were resolved. Nothing terrible one being the stove and the code for the laundry room. Everything was super clean and up to date. We had everything we needed to get our vacation started. We will definitely be booking here again.

Just a skip and a hop to the beach!

Property looked clean/tidy and smelled absolutely phenomenal! It came with a full kitchen (minus an oven), comfy bed, and a tv with streaming services. It took about 7 minutes to walk to the beach and sat close to several restaurants! Overall fantastic stay!
