A long bridge crosses Lake Powell leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up-and-coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a more family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. Sugar-white sands line the gorgeous Gulf coast, and the area is known for an endless array of activities, including fishing, surfing, scuba diving, boating, and more!

To the north-west you will find 30A Rosemary. You will be enchanted the moment you catch your first glimpse of this seaside town.
