Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay in this lovely home with tastefully appointed decorations & furniture. We all had plenty of space and each had a private bath. Easy walk to the pool and 5 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and the house is right by the pool which was convenient. When we did have a couple of things pop up, the rental company was extremely responsive. The trolly was getting repaired so we did not get to try it. If you do go to the beach, the public space near the community is extremely limited. I would have someone get up early to set up the tent/umbrella if you go during peak season.

This house was great for our group of 12. With bedrooms on 3 different floors it allowed us to divide up adults and kids. The house was clean and well stocked. The swimming pool was extremely clean and the kids all had a fun swimming at the end of the day. We all had a great time and would definiately recommend this for a family vacation.

This property is excellent! Perfect location! The size of the house really impressed me. There are vaulted ceilings on all 3 floors and you couldn’t hear through the walls. So there was plenty of privacy.The beach is a pretty good walk but the shuttle service is excellent! Just wish there was more public beach area there. But overall, everything was awesome!

Had an amazing stay! Everytime we visit Destin we stay in the homes at villages of crystal beach. Home is exactly as pictured. We love the community pool! Short walk to the beach but there is a shuttle service also! Location is close to shopping & dining. The only issue we had was that we thought the A/C unit went out after our first night because the first & second floor was extremely warm and the top floor was cool but it turns out we don’t realize there are 2 thermostats (one on second floor and one on the third floor) the one that is intended for the first and second floor somehow had a schedule set to change the temp to 80 degrees at a certain time, which we were unaware of. We did however survive the night because all the rooms have ceiling fans but the next morning when we contacted them about the issue, someone was on sight in less than 15 minutes to figure out what was wrong. Besides that little hiccup, everything was great! I would highly recommend!

There was not a single hot pad holder in the condo. As a grandmother of 5 grandchildren under the age of 4, I appreciate the toddler cups, plates, utensils and toys for toddlers. We had an awesome week.

We loved the house, the location, and the neighborhood pool and walkability. What we did not love and why we will not return to Destin was the harassment we received by the "private beach owners". We felt like the property did not disclose that when you walk to the beach near this house, there is only about 40 feet of public beach available. If you put your chair in any other section, you will be told by the "private beach owner" that you are not allowed to put your chair there and have to move. This happened to our family at two different access points. Destin has created a hostile environment for visitors and homeowners at the beach. If order to get a spot on the beach, you have to rent a condo or pay an outrageous amount of money to rent chairs and umbrella from these private beach owners. We would never buy a house in Destin now as a retirement home because the rules in this county as so ridiculous. Go anywhere else but Destin is my recommendation. It's a real shame because this property is really lovely. By the way, we looked up these ordinances and it's really a grey area and if someone had the money to take it to court, we believe that the county and all these private beach owners would lose. Just my two cents.

This specific unit was very well taken care of and enough room for my big family. Upon arrival everything was in its place and organized. There was lots of fun things to do in the area and the walk to the beach was easy as well with walkable sidewalks. This house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and beach toys for the kids. SunJoy team was also very nice and helpful

The property was as advertised, exceptionally clean and thoroughly furnished with utensils, appliances (plenty of hair dryers), and household items. The owners even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Had to borrow a corkscrew from the neighbor though. The refrigerator was inoperative and the replacement was situated in the entryway. Since it wasn’t connected to a water supply there was no ice available. A minor inconvenience. The pool was great and the ease of access to the beach was fantastic. Highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We had 11 people and the house was plenty big enough for everyone. House was as described and RealJoy sent me several messages throughout my stay letting me know they were there if I needed anything. There are A LOT of steps if you’re staying on the third floor but that wasn’t a huge issue. We had no complaints and would stay again!

Stayed with 2 families (4 parents, 4 kids) & a grandparent. First floor bedroom was great for grandparent, second floor for parents, and third floor for kids - it's a LOT of steps! Plenty of space for everyone. Really well furnished kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. Super easy 0.5mi walk to the beach. Only watch outs (none of which would stop us from returning): There are NO beach/pool towels - bring your own (glad we asked ahead of time!), there are minimal pillows (like 2 on a king bed) - so bring extras if you need, the one hottub is TINY in comparison to the number of houses who use it and many times there wasn't space to get in it, and the pool "security" is SERIOUS - no balls, food/drink, inflatables for kids over 12, etc. Overall, a GREAT stay and would return. Super responsive hosts!

We stayed at Here Comes the Sun for all of Feb. Great stay!
Internet access was fast and reliable - even with 4 people using it.
We loved the location. 10 min walk to the beach. House had one of the best lots in Crystal Villages neighborhood. Gated community so not much traffic. It was close to pool (but not too close) and the back gate.
We walked to several restaurants. Our favorites were Captain Dave’s for the food/view and Crab Trap outdoor area and the Rooftop Bar in Henderson Lodge for food and awesome sunsets.
House and beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. 3rd floor balcony was a great place to read a book and had shade to keep it cool.
RealJoy’s communication, responsiveness and professionalism couldn’t have been better. During our stay, they replaced a toaster and brought gas for the grill within 10 min of being notified. They even cleaned the carpeting which we were very appreciative of.
Very happy our choice and looking forward to going back next year.
