Being an end unit, you have extra windows, natural light, and a nice porch to relax on. This two-story townhome has a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom on 2nd floor, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Just a stroll to the community pool and if you do not feel like cooking you can walk to Surf Hut for dinner. Gulf Walk Townhomes are fabulously located in the heart of Miramar Beach. Only 2 blocks away is the Geronimo Street Beach Access and The Surf Hut restaurant! These townhomes feature private patios, 2nd-floor balconies, and a lovely landscaped courtyard leading straight to the community pool. Gulf Walk has the location and convenience to make a wonderful beach vacation!

Gulf Walk is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Had a great stay with my family! Very clean. Probably the most comfortable bed ever slept on for an Airbnb, actually got restful sleep. Not a horrible walk to the beach , a few places to eat and coffee.Also drivable distance to anything you could possibly want to do.
Only thing I’d recommend is if staying longer than a day or two, pick up some toilet paper, paper towels dish pods and laundry detergent. Wasn’t a big deal for us just thoughts I’d mention it.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! The beach is a short walk along with local shops and restaurants. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. The space was open in the living room and dining area so it felt very connected even while making meals. At the end of the road so very little traffic. We loved it!

Everything was perfect! Very easy walk to the beach, comfy beds, spacious layout, quiet street and over all a great location! Checking in and out was incredibly easy! Hosts responded quickly with any question or concerns I had.
Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed - with the exception of pot holders.. I would suggest bringing those!
Overall, it was an absolutely amazing trip and would happily book again!

This was my family and I 1st time visiting Destin, Florida and we definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was an amazing location and walking distance to the beach. My family and I just grabbed our bags and walked right over to enjoy the beach. The place was exactly what was described in the listing. It was very cozy and made us feel like we were right at home. I loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed and it was very convenient because I love to cook while on vacation. We were so close to so many restaurants and places to have fun. Everything was literally about
2 minutes- 15 minutes away which was awesome because we didn’t have excessive travel times anywhere. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting and I would definitely rebook for my family and I in the future.

This condo is located on the end and is very private, walking distance to the pool right out the back balcony. The property was also very friendly, they called to make sure check in went smoothly. I also requested a fan and pack n play, and the property said they would put a request in for a fan but they didn't have a pack n play. When we arrived the fan was waiting by the door, and I actually found a pack n play in the closet upstairs along with a highchair. It has more baby items than listed which worked out great for our family. The only downfall I had was that I thought it was closer to the beach access, you can walk it but with little ones we did end up driving which only took a few minutes. Overall great stay and plenty of space for our family, the garage with beach stuff with another perk with kiddos.
