The place sat right on the beach and was close to everything I only drove my vehicle once while there and that was to buy groceries for my five day stay

We arrived 3 minutes early, our parking passes were not in the room. I called management company, the lady I talked with was extremely helpful and quick to get us the passes we needed. The condo was very clean and the views were incredible. We would stay here again!

The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to many stores and Willy's. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. It provided beach umbrella and chairs in the utility room. The roll out beds had memory foam mattresses. The condo needs a dust pan, scrubbers to clean dishes, pot holders and dish towels.

Had a great time with family relaxing on the beach. Great location, we loved the corner condo with the gorgeous view. 4th floor is a perfect setting for the Sunrise and sunset. This was a nice, clean, and spacious living quarters. Highly suggest.

This place was great! Roomy space and the decor made it feel cozy. There are box fans everywhere to keep the place even cooler! Loved that. The elevators are quick and the HOA guy keeps the common areas spotless!
The parking is a bit of a hassle when you get there (can’t park in the little lot below the condo to unpack without risking getting towed - even for 15 mins). However, the parking lot across the street belonged to the condo and had a crosswalk with pedestrian signals/lights to make crossing the busy road feel safer. They allowed two cars to park free over there and the parking lot was patrolled frequently. There’s a paid lot next to the free lot if you have a third car. Pretty convenient. No issues and felt safe!
Easy walk out to the beach. It’s a ramp all the way out to the sand which is amazing if you have a wagon!
Very responsive when we needed something.
The rugs could use a deep clean, but other than that the place felt clean.
Would stay here again!

This condo was great for all 8 of us. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. RealJoy was always responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early. The condo was exactly what we were looking for, well maintained, nicely decorated, and just all around a great place to stay.
The location was close to restaurants and shops. The beach access was super easy and not super crowded.
The only downsides were the parking across the street and the pool. The parking isn’t horrible, but be prepared to walk. If you like to lay at the pool, this is not the place for you. The pool sits under the building and gets almost no sun throughout the day, as well as on about 10 chairs. Make sure you are a beach person and not a pool person if you stay here.

Everything was just as advertised. Decorated really well! We did not love pool. BUT! It is 100% as advertised. Just a plain L shaped pool partly under the building. Meh. Other than that we are super happy with the place. Would book with RealJoy anytime!

Ice dispenser did not dispense ice. Keurig Coffee machine did not work. Jacuzzi did not work. One towel rack was broken. Other than that all was great. Clean and Comfortable. Would stay again.

Excellent property right on the beach. Well appointed, modern kitchen with quality utensils. Plenty of beach ready chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. One of the best properties we have stayed in.
It’s right by the elevator so super convenient. Absolutely zero noise from the hallway and very little from the condo above.

Great location. Great property. Had issues with ice maker, hair dryer, and a dining room chair that was broken at the beginning of our stay. All issues were communicated by using the RealJoy portal/chat feature, and were promptly corrected. Maintenance guys were very nice and professional. No complaints whatsoever! Will book again!

It’s condo was everything and then some. I had 2 other adults and myself and also 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils which makes everything easier. The view is absolutely BREATHTAKING! It looks just like the pictures. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.
