Welcome to East Pass 101 a 2BR/2BA condo situated on the beautiful Holiday Isle, between the Destin Harbor and East Pass! This unit has a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Featuring a designer open kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The luxurious King Master has balcony access and a smart flat-screen TV. Relax on the extended balcony accessible from both bedrooms and the living room or watch the sunset on the waterfront pool deck! Come make East Pass 101 your next beach getaway!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

***The Norriego Point beach access is closed (access to the tide pools and beach) and will remain closed until further notice. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away. East Pass is also reconstructing the sea wall that runs along the property. Guests will still have access to the beach of East Pass but will not be able to approach the water while work is being done.***

East Pass Towers features a waterfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The created beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. The public beach access at O'Steen Beach allows access to the gulf waters and is a 5 minute walk away. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

Area Attractions:
East Pass is situated in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle's furthest point overlooking the famous Destin Bridge, Destin Pass, Destin Harbor, the jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee with a view. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach, great restaurants, and fun activities. It truly made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place in Destin!

Good place for a family vacation only downside is not being right on the beach but on the bay side. Public beach only 10 mins away with $6 parking and 2 on site pools at resort

Great stay very clean , view from the porch is less desirable than id like , you can't see anything butwalls sitting on the furniture, there is a little bit of view if you stand and look over a wall/breeze way , the pictures on vrbo are from the pool not the porch

Exceeded our expectations!

This place was absolutely perfect for us and was even better than it looked online... location is amazing. Close to all of the action but felt more secluded and peaceful... gorgeous views of the beautiful, crystal clear green/blue water. The unit was so clean and invitim... truly a wonderful stay. Great stay!

Everything about our stay was great. We had a great time. My only complaint was there was no way to lock the door from inside of the unit(there was no deadbolt). Other than that everything was exactly as described.

Loved the rooms and the pool.. The bathtubs were backed up so you took a shower in water rising.. Toilets over flowed with bubbles.. yes I know weird but did happen.. need to keep more face towels in rooms.. We had a lot of bath body towels.. ❤️ 😍 💖
