We had the perfect girls’ getaway weekend here! The unit was exactly what we needed…spacious, comfortable & with quick access to the lazy river, which was a favorite. The covered parking (when available) was also a great perk. One thing to note, the interior has been updated with a beautiful beige/grey color, which looks so much better than the green shown in the listing photos. Such a nice surprise! We’d definitely return & highly recommend it to others.

Great experience with a couple of issues that RealJoy tried to fix ASAP. I would definitely go back! For other parents of young kids, there is no door on the bunk room to the hall so the kiddos can hear/see what happens in the living room and kitchen or tv. The location close to the pools made up for it!

Came down for a weekend trip. The sliding door wouldn’t lock back on our first night so we messaged them. Super quick response saying they would have someone come out and take a look. They sent someone out on a Sunday to take a look. They called to let us know someone would be coming by to take a look. They didn’t have to send anyone out on a weekend but they did. And although the technician couldn’t fix the problem we had, they left us with other solutions for the duration of our stay. Awesome. Awesome place to stay.

This condo is in a wonderful location in Destin West Bayside. Being on the first floor just steps away from the pools and lazy river made our trip even more enjoyable. Very easy to walk back to the condo if we needed anything. The patio is facing north so we always had some shade out there. We ate at a different restaurant every night and all of them were within walking distance!! We appreciated that the host had more bath towels for us than we needed. Nice touch! I would stay here again!

This property was great for all ages! We picked this place because it had heated pools that were blocked by the wind and since we were going in March we knew it could be a possibility that it was cold. My 12 yr old loved the bunk beds and having his own bathroom. The grill was a great addition to be able to cook out and still watch the kiddos in the pool. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Real Joy and it was nice having access to someone for help. Overall, this was a great family vacation and we would love to return!

Had a fantastic stay with easy check in and great location. The floors were dirty when we arrived and the steps leading down the garage were covered in trash. Having access to the garage would have been a nice touch. Overall the room was fantastic and it was great the bunks were in their own "room" (a curtain would make this AWESOME). Great stay

This unit was great! We booked mostly because of location, the lazy river, and value. We were able to walk to a gas station and multiple restaurants. Everything was just as advertised and the company was responsive when I reached out. Will definitely want to stay here again!

This place was perfect for us! It was very nice and the location was perfect. You could walk to some of the attractions around the area. The condo itself is in a great place in the complex. You could step off your balcony and the lazy river was right there. The balcony was in the shade all day so we were able to use that all the time. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. I would suggest having a wagon to tote your stuff in.
