The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind, complete with a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, open vanity, and soothing coastal décor. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV—perfect for kids or extra guests—while the second bathroom, located just across the hall, includes a tub/shower combination. You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved the location. It was an easy 0.2 mile walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and updated. Having a pool on site was also nice after a long day at the beach. The living room couches were a little older and worn, but overall it was great.

We had a great time at Miramar Beach thanks to RealJoy’s accommodations. The condo was very clean, organized and matched the description. Checkout instructions were specific besides knowing where to take the trash, we had to search for a place to put the trash on the property.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was spotless, exactly as described, and perfect for our family vacation. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of this vacation rental was excellent and the townhome itself was comfortable and met our needs. The area was convenient, close to attractions, and made for a great stay overall. The main issue was cleanliness. The bed covers appeared dirty and the bathroom rugs did not seem clean, which was disappointing. With better attention to housekeeping, this would be a much more enjoyable place to stay. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the townhome, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
