Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30A has to offer.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Exactly what we had hoped for!

There was plenty of space for our family of 4. It was very clean and the location was wonderful. We loved the pool! Our only complaint is the pool closed pretty early every evening, but that was a small thing. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We had a great 3-night stay! Very convenient access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants very close by! The variety of other activities was nice - basketball goal, pool, nature trail, tennis/pickleball court, bike paths.

Good spot

Very close to the beach. Unit was updated and very clean. If I were to have any complaints - there were 2 things. 1) One of the bikes that was provided - chain starting coming off. I was 30 mins away from the unit 😔 2) the full size bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom not so good. Top bunk had very little room to the bottom bunk - u have to basically crawl into the bottom bunk. Very squeaky and the whole bed needs to be rescrewed? Kinda wobbly. Good enough for the teenagers though Kitchen - bring everything - I think they have S/P but that’s it. But nothing pantry wise. For me it was fine - but I’ve been in other units that at least have a small bottle of oil, sugar, etc Overall a great unit - and location was great- right across the street was beach access.

Nice place for a short getaway

Well appointed place in a great location. The (outdoor) beach closet walls are mildewing and the smell permeated the ground floor. Property manager was responsive but nothing to do on a holiday weekend.

We had a great time. This townhome is really lovely and comfortable. Incredibly clean. Our girls enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach which is super close. They neighborhood is nice and was quiet at night. Our host was extremely kind and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going ok. Really sweet. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Truly a wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our time here. All 3 of our teenagers had enough space to relax. The beach access was so close! There were several great restaurants & coffee places within walking or biking distance. Including 4 bikes was an awesome touch. I would suggest having a USB hub and an ability to log into Hulu and Netflix on the main tv.

Graduation trip

The property was clean with great access to the beach. We went for our daughters graduation trip and just wanted peace and quiet with time to relax and take in the beach. Everything was great.

Will Return Again

The condo area was nice, close to beach, food & shops. Condo was clean & decorated cute. There is plenty of bed space. Comfort of the mattresses were firm, not how I love them, but good enough for vacation. Close to PCB if you want to eat on the beachfront or do activities. Overall, it was a great experience and we will come back to Cassine Village 108!

Perfect Central Location

We came as a girls trip. The location is perfect for the beach, bike rides and food. You can ride or walk either direction for food and entertainment. Panama City and Sandestin are each 30 minutes away for shopping or a different beach area. The neighborhood and neighbors were very kind. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The description of this property should say, "most well-appointed and best location ever!". The townhome is literally 1,000 steps away from the beach, and you can watch the beautiful sunsets by taking a 5-minute walk. There are at least three restaurants (Mexican and pizza for sure) that are just a few yards from the town home complex. The property is so nicely decorated, it seems as if the owners have lived there and have decorated the accommodations themselves. Everything is clean, cozy, and accommodating. Loved the location of the town home complex, so close to area attractions and beaches. this was a phenomenal trip made possible by a great property and location. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out and cook, comfortably decorated, comfortable beds, short drive to Seaside and Rosemary Beach, short drive to the grocery store. LOVED the 5 minute walk to the beach. We ordered food from a few of the restaurants close by (Perfect Pig, Brozinni's Pizza, Seagrove Village Market) and were very happy with our meals. We visited the ice cream shop and 30A Outlet quite a bit. We never used the bikes because our kids are too young but they would be great if you wanted to ride around. The only suggestion I would make would be to include a few beach supplies with the rental. Umbrella and 2 chair rentals at the beach are $60-$75 per day which adds up quickly. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend the condo!

Fun Days at Sandy Daze

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful townhome! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved having access to the bikes. This condo has been updated and is different than the pictures. There are full size bunk beds, which was perfect for our 4 kids. Ideas for improvement would be to have a broom or vacuum to sweep up the sand. Even with hosing off our stuff and shoes we still tracked in some sand. Plastic containers for storing food would be nice as well. Other than that we had the best time at your place. We hope to be back soon!!

Very nice property and community

Very clean house and neighborhood, well supplied and conveniently located to beach, pool and shops. Restaurants, seafood market and even an urgent care in short walking distance and yet it still felt quiet and private. Property owners were a joy to deal with.

Great place to stay on 30A!!

The condo was a lot closer to the beach than we realized, with very easy access to the beach! The use of the bikes was a definite plus as well. The kitchen is well stocked and didn't need anything. The freezer didn't work the best so we had our ice melt onto the refrigerator below. But this was a minor issue. Overall we had a great time at this location and would recommend it to others!

Perfect place to stay!!

This rental was above my expectations! The space was great! We loved having the 2 bikes included and rented 2 more... we rode them everywhere! The beach chairs and rafts were great extras to be able to use. I didn’t even pay attention to the umbrella until the last day but that was a bonus! I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a great place to stay. And now I’m looking for that king bed to buy for home!! Loved every minute!

Walking distance to icecream, coffee, and Mexican food! We really enjoyed the street tacos at Mi Casita, would definitely recommend. Condo had a storage area full of beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, toys) which was great. It was a perfect place for our group of 6!
