Condo was located in a resort type community including shops, restaurants and bars. The pool was large and had a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. Plenty of recreation at hand including golf, tennis and pickle ball. Off the main road 98, everything you could need or want was nearby. The beach was minutes away too. We had plenty of kitchenware, and towels. We would love to work with the host again and book the same condo. Everything inside the community was walkable!! We had a great time!!

With all the reviews that we read and details regarding the location we expected something different since this was our first time in Destin. We had a great time in Destin "got married", but wish we were on the beach like our families and friends were.

This condo was an incredible stay! Its location was perfect being in the heart of the resort and a very short walk to Baytowne. Everything that was claimed in the description as far as cleanliness, amenities, abundance of kitchen supplies, etc. was all readily available and exceeded expectations. They also have a complimentary cooler and beach umbrellas which were so clutch for us, as we were flying in from way out of state. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely stay here again.
ALSO PARKING: Parking is actually not difficult to find at all. All you have to do is turn left into Hotel Effie on the main road of the Resort, which is the left turn immediately after Baytowne Wharf. Once you turn into the hotel, follow the sign in the grass in your right that points forward to “The Grand” and you’ll see the parking garage down on your left very quickly as you drive forward. Hope this helps for anyone that’s interested!

I enjoyed my stay at Beyond Blessed Bahia. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely consider staying here again. It was in a great location surrounded by numerous amenities. The only thing that I consider a con (not necessary a bad one) is that I wish the balcony view had less tress for a better view. Otherwise, overall a great experience.

This was probably one of the best Air BNBs we have stayed at while at the beach. The room was beautifully decorated and clean and matched the description. We loved the balcony and the spacious room. We really didn't have to drive to eat or do much other than go to the beach which was right across the main road. It was very convenient to walk to Baytown Wharf which made life much easier. We definitely will plan on booking again next year!

Lovely condo with peaceful balcony! Very well decorated and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are gorgeous. We have stayed in Sandestin Resort several times and love it. Our only complaint was parking our truck in the maze garage with tiny spaces. But in Destin
parking, beach access and traffic have become challenging. We had a great time. Grateful Thankful Blessed!

Pretty place. Good location and clean amenities. The tram wasn’t on time so we never caught it. Supposedly runs every 30 min but that wasn’t the case. Ballyhoos has yummy lattes. I was told there wasn’t a beach umbrella but my daughter found one in the closet. Comfortable beds. I never sleep through the night without waking but I did here. Had the weather cooperated we would’ve had a perfect stay. Unfortunately it did not and we headed home early due to the unpredictable weather and constant rain. Maybe we will try a do-over someday.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. We'd never stayed at an airbnb in Destin but gld we did! The room was clean, exctly as described and not too far from the beach, other attractions and dining. Our favorite part was the live DJ at the warf. It had a feel of Beale Street and Bourbon Street. There was even fireworks Tuesday evening! The room had everything we needed and we could not hear any neighbors which was a real plus! We will definitely be returning in the future! 5 star rating!

This location is everything it was our first time visiting this location and 100% recommended it. We had trouble with our parking Q.R. code the first day I talked to Kimberly and she was super friendly and was able to guide me on how to fix that problem. This location is perfect if you travel with kids also I had no idea what a trans bus was this is great they take you to the beach and other areas if wish Baytown is the best kid friendly playgrounds ,arcade ,ice cream ,pizza place that was so good just everything that you can imagine all with in walking distance the locals are super friendly we struggle on finding a beach we love and after this trip we finally found one definitely visiting again . Everything was very clean kitchen has all the dishes you need no cleaning supplies provided but no problem Publix is down the street so getting groceries was no struggle . The balcony didn’t have much privacy with your neighbor you are side 2 side that’s the only down fall .

We really enjoyed our stay. It was too short. Short walk to restaurants and cocktails! Coffee shops and more. Marina close and tram can take you to most spots. Golf was excellent!
Unit was clean and spacious. One downside no drawers to unload your suitcase too. Would love to see a chest of drawers!

The Bahia in Sandestin is a beautiful and convenient place to stay. The check-in process was seamless and the condo was stunning. The location was great, just walking distance to several restaurants, shops and the pier. The large pool is just steps away from the lobby and having access to the beach ramp just across the street was a major bonus. The only issues we had were there was no cleaning supplies to wipe down the counters and such and the wifi was not great. Be aware that the parking garage is very tight. Overall we had the best time and would highly recommend this spot.

Me and my family (6 of us- 4 children, 7 and under) had a great experience renting this condo. It’s right next to the Baytowne Wharf. You have access to walk right over to the area or you have two passes to use area bus that runs all over the area. There is a big great pool right outside the complex as well. You have access to the parking garage and there is additional parking just across the golf course hole that Runs right by the building. You will be emailed all your codes a few days before and we had no issues. This place served us well and would recommend to anyone with children to rent this property. We will look forward to the next time we visit. There is a lot to offer and you are a short drive from a Publix, movie theater, shopping, restaurants all around, ice cream shop, liquor store. You really don’t have to leave the general area, has everything!

We've stayed at this resort/in this building before, but book through the hotel. This unit was great overall. My only "complaint" is that the pull-out sofa bed's mattress is not good. We've learned to travel with an air mattress for the kids, so we used that instead of the pull-out sofa. Room was clean, everything worked. Take note, the noted "starter kit" of supplies (soaps, paper towels, TP, etc) is accurate - if you're there for more than a couple days, you'll need to get your own supplies. Also, in my experience, many VRBO rentals will leave behind cooking supplies from previous guests; things like spices, oils, etc. This unit had nothing beyond salt and pepper. Not a problem, but just plan accordingly.

The Baytown Resort was absolutely awesome. It was a mother / (2) daughters vacation. I wish I had known of this place when my daughters were a little younger. The condo was very clean and supplied as per emails. Very satisfied with the condo. The grounds were amazing to take walks and the Baytown shopping / eating / play was just a 10 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much

Very nice clean condo. Great location for exploring Sandestin Beach& Golf Resort. Only a few minute walk to music, shops, pier where we saw manatees. Pool right outside the front door. Grocery store less than 2 miles away.
Very busy and parking is tight and hard to find at 1st, recommend a small vehicle.
No condiments or beach towels as stated clearly so not a problem.
Resort tram usable but other amenities (kayaks, bikes) not included in rental. But great other deals on attractions in Destin area available from host.

Had a wonderful time! Condo was very clean and had everything thing we needed. We’re from Indiana and had never used a door with a hurricane feature- so we thought it was broken. Had a maintenance guy out within the hour to “fix” our not broken door lol. (They were very nice about it) The area was fantastic with things to do in walking distance and Destin was just down the road. No complaints at all- highly recommend!
