The bedroom features a king bed, and the full bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combo. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, complete with a smart TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step out onto your private balcony—your favorite spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare light meals during your stay. Enjoy easy access to the community pool and hot tub or take a scenic stroll along the winding paths to Baytowne Wharf, where you’ll find shops, dining, marina views, and unforgettable sunsets. Changes in Latitudes is the perfect place to unwind and make lasting vacation memories.

Bahia in Miramar Beach adds contemporary flair to vacation rentals at the Village with its South Beach-inspired motif. Bahia features luxury Destin, Florida condominium rentals located next to Lasata and across from The Grand Sandestin. The boutique-style condos also offer access to The Grand Sandestin pool and fitness center. Many like to fish off this long wharf or stroll out to the end to enjoy the shimmering scenery. Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventureland Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and laser Maze, or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes, and accessories, and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, and even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
