Alerio E304 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath modern condo just steps from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, FL. Located directly across the street from the beach on Scenic Gulf Drive, this gated community offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space with 10-foot ceilings, stylish furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the cozy living area, enjoy meals at the dining table or breakfast bar, and step out onto the private covered balcony to take in the fresh Emerald Coast air.

The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the guest room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle and an attached full bathroom—perfect for families or small groups. The unit also includes WiFi and a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, dancing fountains, and private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café.
The Alero Complex is in a perfect location that is very close to Destin and Sandestin with lots of shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities within a short walking or driving distance. Alero is just a mile away from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in the nation. Destin Commons shopping center is just under 5 miles away to the west, and 2 miles to the east is Grand Boulevard shopping center. Only a couple miles down the road is the Sandestin Resort with golf, and lots of entertainment and restaurant options! For a little fun on the fairway, head over to the Golf Garden of Destin, just three-and-a-half miles away, with a nine-hole golf course, driving range, and 18-hole putting course that the whole family can enjoy!

*Parking is provided for 1 vehicle at Alerio. Additional parking is available at Geronimo RV Park around the corner for Alerio guests for a daily fee. One car pass will be stationed on the kitchen counter. Please place the parking pass on the rear view mirror. There is public parking within easy walking distance (a couple of blocks) for additional vehicles.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
