We had problems with one of the sinks in the jack and Jill bathroom and we could not use it. The dryer is not working properly. We were able to use it, but there is definitely something wrong with the heat element. There was a blood stain on the sheets in one of the upstairs bedrooms that had the full mattress or queen maybe. Overall, nice are and great location and house. Will use real joy again

This was a great experience. We went on Labor Day weekend, with a lot of tourists. The privacy of this location helped to hardly even notice the crowds until we left the community. Although we didn’t use the kitchen for food preparation (but the microwave), there was everything one would need. The family and dining rooms are nice gathering areas. Nice community gym and pool. There a very short walk to the beach.
Bedrooms are very accommodating. Property is well maintained. Only normal wear and tear.
I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our stay at Yellow Bird was wonderful! The house was a perfect fit for our family! It was clean and had everything we needed ! It was about a 5 min walk to the beach not bad at all! The neighborhood was quiet and great to take our dogs out for walks! We would most definitely stay here again! I would recommend renting a golf cart! We did this for the first time this year and it was worth every penny!

We had excellent service from Harmony Beach Vacations. The can opener was broken and I texted them and they were at my door with a new one within 20 minutes. Our house was very clean and perfect amount of space for a large group. Highly recommend this property.

Yellowbird is located in a quiet gated community with just a five-minute walk to the beach and within close driving proximity to key attractions. The house itself is well laid out, with open living/dining/kitchen area for socializing and four bedrooms for privacy. We particularly enjoyed the screen porch, which overlooks a wooded backyard. I will definitely consider staying here again on a return visit to Destin.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach, a private, gated entrance to little subdivision. Kids had a blast in the pool and playing football in the street (worked perfectly withoutuch traffic at all). Our family had plenty of room for everyone to sleep/hangout. Kids loved the fact they had their own balcony and jacuzzi tub Someone from company was quick to bring over a tank refill for gas grill when I messaged stating the one there was empty. Only suggestion would have been to supply a few more beach towels as well as garbage bags for bigger groups like we had. My entire family requested we rent from this company again for a summer trip. Thank you!!

The house has apparently new wood vinyl flooring throughout. Open concept whicn was great for family get together of 8 ( 3 being kids under age 8). Pool and beach very walkable distance. Pool was heated. Beach and pool toys available in garage. Crab Trap restaurant just across street with playground area on beach. Great view of ocean. Screened in porch was large. There is new home construction going up across from home. Just FYI. Harmony responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we had.

This house had everything we needed for our first extended family vacation after a year of loss.The large living area was perfect for all of us hanging out without being on top of one another. The walk to the beach was so easy even for our little ones. The best part was how close we were to tons of shopping and an assortment of restaurants! We were never more than 3 miles from the house!

An overall great experience. The house was ready on time and very clean upon arrival. We really have zero issues with the home. The gated community was an awesome retreat from the hustle of Destin and the pool facility was great. Highly recommended.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Yellowbird! For our family of 6 adults and one child, the house was very roomy and everyone had their privacy and we never felt crowded. We loved the location, just a very short walk to the beach. The area was very quiet and due to the gated community, no thru traffic. We would definitely stay here again and will certainly recommend to our friends!

The house was wonderful with just a few minor glitches which the management addressed promptly.The vacuum cleaner did not work well, and they brought another one. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which they got on quickly to have repaired. The dryer was one of the new models and did not dry the clothes quickly at all. Had to keep running it over and over. Not sure that can be rectified. Might just be the way the dryer works. Mine at home is older and works much better. That said, I was glad to have laundry appliances at all. The house was clean for the most part, except the floor had some debris left on it. Management offered to send housekeeping over to clean it but we did it ourselves. The house is in a great neighborhood with pool and gym and easy access to the beach. We would stay there again.

Yellow Bird is a gorgeous, well layed out home in a gated community mere steps from the beach and a short, five minute drive to all the shopping and dining you can imagine! The beauty of this property is while you are very close to everything to do, while you are at the house it's like you are miles away!

The yellow bird house was perfect for us! space for everyone in the family, location is prime location, service team was very responsive, the blender was not working, I called them and within an hour I got a new one, also the washer stop working and they came immediately and fix the issue which was a very small trick to fix it, very responsive, we are very pleased and happy with their service and the house ... super cleaned and well maintained and the location beach amazing!! within walking distance... I can't say enough good things about it... Thank You!

This property was very clean and comfortable. It seemed to be freshly painted. It was close to the front of the neighborhood and close to the beach entrance. We did have family in another house with a private beach so we utilized their access instead of the public access. Getting around Destin from the house was super easy, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. The keypad lock on the front door was awesome. It was great to not keep up with a key. The app and notifications from management was the best. We did have a washing machine issue but the app was easy to notify and they came quickly, were super friendly, and took my trash to the street just because it was that day. We also liked that the living and one bedroom was on the bottom floor as we had a guest that could not go up stairs. The 3 story homes would not work for us.The only negative was the bunk beds did not seem as sturdy, made noise with movements, as I would like but there were no incidents and we did have an adult on the top.

Yellowbird is the perfect house for a great Destin vacation! The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and the layout worked well for a family with kids upstairs and a queen bedroom with bath for grandparents downstairs. The community pool was close and we also used the tennis courts and basketball hoops. Then just across the street was the beautiful white beach, and the Crab Trap bar and restaurant. The property management kept us informed via email, with codes to access the gated community and house. I would highly recommend this house.

Balconys off bedrooms all had trash from trees on them that should have been swept well as deck. Floors in house were dirty. Ice dispenser did not work.... We had a joyous time...would stay here again!

Yellowbird provided a good location for a family get together. The house was generally well appointed and suitable for our group. The gated community is very nice and close to the beach although that was less important in late December. With vacant lots on either side it provides a nice feel of being by itself.

We were worried when we booked this place. Something seamed odd, I guess it was because I saw the same house listed on two or three sites. I thought maybe I was getting scammed. Fact was just the opposite. As it turned out this ended up being one of the nicest vacations we have had in the past 20 years.

My family of 8 (including grandchildren) took our vacation in Destin. We needed a property that would accommadate all of us where we could have plenty of space. This house was ideal. The home was very beautiful and well maintained. It was the perfect place for us. We were extremely close to the beach, the clubhouse & pool and to shopping and attractions. The few issues that we did have with the house was taken care of immediately by the Harmony staff. Customer service was excellent. Thanks to Harmony Vacations for providing us with a truly great vacation!

We were very satisfied with this location. It says it sleeps 10, but you can barely get 4 cars in driveway and there is no parking on street at anytime. Had problem with Q Bed on main floor first night falling thru frame, but they were there the next day and fixed it. Overall it was very nice, clean and in a very good location. Amazing price for the size.

The unit was absolutely perfect in every way. It had every amenity you could think of (setup almost like a hotel w/white towels, personal soaps, miniature lotions, etc.) and was a great location-just across the street from beach. The pictures simply do not do it justice and there was plenty of space for everyone and access to so many things within walking distance. Multiple shops/stores within 3-min. drive and quiet neighborhood. It was just perfect and a great bargain on top of it. Would definitely rent this property again. Also, the staff was super friendly and truly responsive to any/all questions. You don't always get that with rentals but they were the example of professionals!

Great location. Easy beach access that can be walked. Nice club house and pool area. The decore at the house is about as mismatched as possible. The owners don't allow access to the garage making storeing your daily beach gear a hassle.

Our family of 9 traveled from Oklahoma to Destin. It was our first trip to Florida. We had a wonderful time. We rented yellow bird and everything was perfect! We especially loved the screened in porch.

The accommodations where more than fabulous. It was roomy and very private and the pool and beach are close by. The house has more than enough room for a large family. The master made me feel like staying and moving in . Loved the yard and screened in porches. The furniture and carpet could stand to be replaced. But no complaints, for a rental home, I understand, People don't care of your things like you do.

At first when we got there we had a restroom plumbing problem, but they sent someone out to house that same night. Besides that the house was clean and felt like home away from home. Loved the gated community.
