Beautifully styled with coastal décor, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main level offers a warm and welcoming space to gather and unwind. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step outside to the private patio, where comfortable seating creates the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, with everything you need to prepare meals, along with bar seating for two and a dining table for four. A convenient half bath and full-size washer and dryer complete this level. Upstairs, the primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, private closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. Step out onto your private balcony to take in the sunset and coastal air. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, offering two queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination—perfect for additional guests or families. Nestled in Miramar Beach, the Woodland Shores Complex is a charming, low-density community of two-story townhomes—each with its own private balcony or patio. With fewer than 50 units, it offers a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the beach and the popular Pompano Joe’s restaurant. Enjoy community amenities like two pools (one heated), shuffleboard, an outdoor BBQ area, and a clubhouse. Whether you're soaking up the sun, snorkeling at Dolphin Reef, or exploring nearby shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, Woodland Shores puts you close to it all—without the crowds.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I couldn’t have been more happy or satisfied! It was clean, updated, and looked exactly like the pictures. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. There were 2 pools but we went to the smaller one, it was right next to our building and it was more quiet. I was happy to see there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys for the beach stored in the shed! Also, great location! We walked to the beach multiple times during our stay. It is also minutes away from a beachside restaurant, Pompano Joes, which we also really enjoyed! The condo was extremely clean and up to date. The beds were so comfortable. We absolutely were thrilled with our stay and had no issues, from check in to check out. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to go back. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great time!

Great time, would definitely book again. My only complaint, is I wish there were more hooks on the first floor to lay our wet towels on. Beds are comfortable and easy walk to the beach from house.

Everything was just 👌 perfect! The location was great and the accommodations were well curated. We loved having the large, stocked kitchen to cook meals in. Loved the stay

The house was everything it described, the pool is right outside the back door. The walk to the beach was about 10 min for us.they provided a wagon, sand toys, cooler everything you would need. If you have littles you will need a baby gate. And we moved the knifes while we were there cause they were in a low drawer. Just need to baby proof a little. Our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed it.

Spring break 2024

First Spring Break trip ever for us! This property had all we needed for a wonderful stay. Close to beach! Beach towels that were said to be provided were not there, I contacted the manager and they dropped them off within the hour. Great communication! Will definite back!

Everything was great! The parking was a little hard, due to being at the end in the back corner. The condo was very nice and close to everything. The beach was like a half a mile away. We walked to the beach a few times. It was a great stay and I would def stay again.
