Windward 604 at Edgewater

This was a great place for our stay. It was a great location and the beach was just beautiful! The condo was just as described and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

This condo was very clean, modern and up-to-date. All new appliances. Very comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very much recommended to those trying to decide.

Beach access was close and easy Resort amenities (main pool area and bar/restaurant) were a little further away from Windward than anticipated.

The biggest standout of this condo was its location and the availability of RealJoy to respond. I didn’t have the code to get into the condo when I arrived, but one call to RealJoy and I had it in minutes.
The beach was SO un-crowded and peaceful. Loved it!

We had a great time. This place was perfect, quiet and in a great location. The view from the balcony was probably the best part. You could see the sunset and we had an epic thunderstorm over the ocean one night that we just sat for hours and watched. The large main pool was cool but the one at our building was more private and stayed open until midnight. The only downside about the condo was the sliding glass door to the balcony is off the track or something and extremely difficult to open. We had read reviews that others had posted previously mentioning this so hopefully that gets fixed,however we were able to just use the bedroom door to get out on the balcony so it was ok. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Great location. BEAUTIFUL view! Easy beach access. Condo across from elevator but absolutely no noise issues. Parking lot to condo is like a maze but everything else was 5 stars!! (Ceiling fan was noisy but definitely not a deal breaker)

Everything was fine , Beautiful View , liked the Balcony for my and I it worked out great. 2 things for this property Windward 604 Bedroom was warm compared to living area. Not much Cool air and TV in Bedroom could not get it to work. Kept telling me needed to be programmed, when I tried that no luck. There were 3 TV Changers but none worked. Could have been me and I just didn’t know how to do it.

The view, the beach, the apartment have everything you need great sunsets. You pay for resort fees but do not have chair available at beach or pool. The charge you for use umbrellas and chairs at the pool never have seen this before at pool, maybe at beach (but do not pay resort fee)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Beautiful location, private balcony, fully furnished kitchen. A few days, we paid to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach and it was worth every penny. The bedroom stayed warm but they provide a box fan which we ran in the doorway and it helped. We hope to be back and would definitely stay here again!

Great location - beautiful view; condo had everything you need; part of a large complex (11 pools/golf course, etc), friendly staff and gorgeous wide white sandy beaches. 2 min “commute” to having your toes in the sand (1 minute of that 2 minute commute for the elevator ride??). Will be back!

We LOVED this location! The beach was not packed like other beaches on both sides and the access to your room, beach, car and building pool were so convenient! The balcony is literally on the water it feels like and you can hear the waves so well! Everything was exactly as described. The only thing I will say is if you think you will be at the main resort lagoon area every single day it is not as close as you might think to this condo but will very easy to access.

The place was great and looked just like the pictures. The resort is in a great location, close to everything, and BEAUTIFUL ocean views from the balcony, room, and panoramic views from the living room. Besides the spring breakers ruining stores, getting Front Beach Rd. shut down and acting crazy, we really enjoyed our trip and our stay in Windward at Edgewater Resort!

Absolutely loved this unit. The view is great, the unit was clean, the air worked well. We only stayed a couple of nights so we didn’t get to enjoy the full potential of the resort and pools, but it was nice for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay again!

This condo was nothing short of amazing! The location is perfect as it makes for less crowds on the beach and pool area even on memorial day weekend. This has been our favorite condo we have ever stayed at in PCB and we will definitely be staying here again when we return.

We love this location on the beach, and we liked being part of the resort without being in the middle of it all. This condo was so nice and quiet and had everything we needed. We did adjust the vents to allow the bedroom to cool down to our liking and had no other issues.
