I grew up going to PCB every year and wanted to bring my 8 year old to enjoy some of the same things! I wanted parking/beach convience with a pool, but also on the beach side….this unit was perfect for my wishlist! We parked right by the door and never waited on an elevator and only a few steps away from the beach- perfection!!!

We always choose Edgewater. Perfect location and the unit met all of our needs for a long weekend at the beach. Our grandchildren love the lagoon pool and the karaoke and the adults love the drink shack and grabbing a pizza for lunch right by the pool. The personal communication with the owners was top notch!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and access to the beach was easy! The view from the balcony was stunning. The description in the listing was quite accurate - no surprises there. Communication with the management company was great; they were very responsive and provided detailed information that answered all our questions. This made the logistics of our stay very easy. My only criticism would be the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. The linens were all clean as were the bathrooms and all that, but it just looked like somebody forgot to run a vacuum through the place. I'm not talking about just sand either because we understand that sand is a part of beach life. I'm talking about food crumbs, etc. around the kitchen and dining area. Overall, though, the positives of this property and its location greatly outweighed this negative. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We have stayed at Edgewater several times over the years, but this condo is the BEST we have stayed in. Overall very good condition and the owners were very proactive and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this condo again.

This place was wonderful for our family of 8! The views from the balcony were amazing and perfect, particularly at sunset. We found everything we needed in the unit, it was on the end of the building, so little foot traffic, and it allowed us all to have our own space while chilling at the beach. There were some items on the balcony that the weather has worn down, but we were able to manage just fine with what was there. Can't wait till next time!

We've been staying in Panama City for 19 years now. We have stayed in many units in Edgewater over the years but this unit is our favorite. We have rented it multiple years now and it's always clean and updated. We love the location and the property management is awesome to deal with. We hope to stay in this unit again next year.

The property was very close to what was advertised on VRBO. The property was very well stocked with all needed items. The king mattress could be updated but the Property managers communicated very well with all our needs. Would rent this place again.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo. The balcony was amazing and the neighboring resort had nightly music that was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of water pressure.

We have stayed in PCB for Thanksgiving week the last 3 years. This was definitely the best condo yet. I LOVED that each bedroom had a full bath. Plenty of couch space and balcony seating. Beautiful kitchen table. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Property manager is fantastic!

Aside from some updating and a baseboard cleaning, (those things didn’t bother us), our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is very spacious. The beds were comfortable, everything you use, kitchen, bathrooms etc. were spotless. Furniture all in good condition. The beach stuff in closet was very much appreciated. Everything in the unit was also in perfect working order. The views from the unit and balcony are stunning. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable and my husband literally spent the entire trip on the balcony. The pool is very large, and beautiful, but not heated. The hot tub was very much appreciated during cooler times of our trip. The beach wasn’t overcrowded. The sand was soft and white with clean clear water. The staff at K-Tori’s were extremely attentive and easy to work with. Check in was easy. We all appreciated the door code instead of keys or cards. They also checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was well with our stay. I had even inconvenienced them prior to our stay by changing the dates of our stay, and it was taken care of kindly and smoothly. They are by far the nicest rental company I have ever rented from. I honestly can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and how much I appreciate the owners of the unit and K-Tori’s Beach rentals. I really hope that unit will be available for me to come back to some day.

The condo was spacious and well stocked, from the kitchen to the movies and games. The panoramic view of the ocean from the living/dining/kitchen space was breathtaking. Two of the bedrooms had beautiful views as well. There were a few small condition issues, loose tile, flickering light in the bath, but all in all it was a perfect location for our family Christmas.

From the moment I checked in with K-Tori Beach rental, I breathed a sigh of relief to really "be on vacation!". The unit was ready for us to check in right on time and although a little older, it is very spacious and I appreciated the unique charm of the decor. What a beautiful view on the wrap-around porch! We enjoyed the on-site restaurant too...not pricey and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend the Westward building with the easy parking situation and sparkling clean pool. I would definitely recommend this resort!

The property was exactly like the photos! Very spacious and with amazing views! The only hiccup was during check in when the lock on the door would not open and had to be replace. The beach chairs were an added surprise and put to good use! We enjoyed ourselves very much and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation here! Would definitely book again!!!

From the booking process, which was last minute on my part, to check in, retrieving parking passes and codes, to the unit and checkout process, this was the smoothest stay yet. There is always a little pressure when you are the one booking accommodations for your group, in this case three couples. I now have a secret weapon to make me look like a pro! The unit was better than advertised, the facility was great, and the management company made me feel like they were personally concerned about making sure out stay was great from beginning to end. I work in logistics all day every day. It was nice to not have to deal with anything on my down time. Thank you so much.

My family had a great stay @ this property. The agents were easy to work with; communication fluid and very accessible and attentive. Beautiful condo, (bathrooms)could have been a bit cleaner, overall it was clean and very spacious. Plenty of seating in the living and dining area. Balcony was welcoming and provided a lot of room and seating as well. I would certainly rent it again!

I must say this has been the best condo I have stayed in while at Panama Beach. The bldg is a little older than the others but this condo is so worth it. I think the property manager Marcy Brown and her team made this stay so nice for us. I am a germ and bug freak! I had no problem here. Marcy assured me I would have no problems with this rental! Also being an end unit the views are amazing! The kids had a blast visiting all the pools and playing on the beach! The price is worth it with Marcy and her team will have your back! We will stay here again!
