Salty Kisses is a charming, newly remodeled 1 BR/2 BA beachfront retreat, located on the 4th floor of the Windward building in the premier gated Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort and is an ideal getaway for up to 4 adults.
As part of the renovations a new A/C was installed with venting routed to keep the entire condo temperate.Â
Perfectly situated at the quiet end of the resort, (removed from the high rise bustle) you may still enjoy all the amenities of the resort. The parking lot is at the building and there are 2 elevators for 6 floors. Windward is adjacent to a sparkling pool, heated in the winter.
Salty Kisses has received high accolades from its guests as it offers a clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows providing unobstructed beach and gulf views from the living room, kitchen, bedroom and large private balcony. This condo offers high speed internet, high-def smart televisions, and blu-ray players. For additional convenience we provide a washer and dryer and plenty of closet space to tuck away suitcases. Well equipped with everything you need from muffin tins to games, you are sure to feel at home-away-from home.
This non-smoking/no pet condo has been beautifully updated for your comfort: The master suite features new window tint and black-out drapes to help maintain a cool temperature on hot days. Additional improvements include high end furniture, whisper quiet ceiling fans, fresh bedding, kitchenware, and updated décor including shiplap. New flooring throughout and area rugs are routinely shampooed or replaced.
The master bedroom with king bed overlooks the water and accesses the balcony with bar height chairs that allow you to see over the railing.
Salty Kisses’ excellent floorplan places the master suite apart from the living area allowing for extra privacy. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom, television and balcony access. The living room sleeper sofa has a new mattress along with a topper for extra comfort.
The entire back wall of the master bedroom provides an amazing view of the gulf, where the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. The plush king bed has a mattress topper and the master bath has a beautiful custom walk-in tile shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or blend drinks and is tastefully appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for 2. Dining tables for 4 are inside and for four on the balcony overlooking the gulf.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include 110 acres of private beach, a huge oceanside lagoon pool, a splash pad for kids, beach/umbrella service, 10 additional pools, 4 hot tubs, tennis, pickle ball, and golf. Ocean’s Bar and Grill offers gulf front dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Blenders offers frozen drinks and snacks on the pool deck. We had an amazing vacation! This condo and the owners, paired with the stellar service from Real Joy allowed us to have a smooth and memorable time. My husband and I enjoyed staying at Salty Kisses. It has been one of my very favorite places to stay on the ocean. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and other creatures for a long time. You are right on the beach so it is only a short walk from your condo to the beach. Beautiful views!
Clean and bright, very welcoming and beachy! Has a new feel and amazing views through the giant windows! We love the location on the quiet end with fast access to elevators and beach. Balcony overlooks the beach and not the pool which we prefer. Condo has everything we needed and the bed and couches are comfortable. Very well kept, and clean. Restful vacation but will look for better location next trip.
Decor of condo was very appealing. Condo was clean. Oceanfront view was fantastic. 2 rolls of toilet paper are not enough for a weeks stay..... just saying. Beach chair service is listed along with pictures, should state additional charge. Location is not the best for things to do, places to eat.- Reviewed On: 9/11/2021

Very Nice and Clean
We enjoyed the condo. It has nice furnishings, no wear and tear. The bathrooms are remodeled and modern. Kitchen is small but appliances are up to date and clean. Balcony is spacious with nice table and chairs. I like the outdoor throw rugs, give the balcony a cozy feeling. Parking is very easy, outside lot, next to the buildings.- Reviewed On: 8/31/2021

Amazing vacation
This was a beautiful condo!! One of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the two bathrooms. It had everything we needed down to the little things such as dish soap and a few extra trash bags! The beach in front of this condo is less crowded/quiet and we loved that! Just a very short walk to the lagoon pool and Starbucks, oceans restaurant and bar! Very comfortable bed! Romantic Getaway Meets Family Trip!
My wife and I had planned to come to this condo for our 10 year wedding anniversary, but last minute, unexpected plans change with our parents had our 3 small children coming with us... Salty Kisses delivered on both fronts by providing the romance but also being family friendly. The decor was beautiful, the room clean, the view spectacular as always, and it fit every one of our needs. The access to the beach was one of the easiest I've had at beach condos and of course Edgewater Resort always provides their beautiful and memorable amenities in pools, splash pads, Oceans Restaurant, etc. We met Laura the owner, and she was very kind and helpful and really seemed to care about delivering a good product to her guests. The only honest feedback I'd give was it seemed the master did not cool as well as the rest of the condo, but it was not bad enough to complain and the fans in the room helped out a lot. Perfect Holiday weekend.
This condo was by far the best thing to happen in 2020. We got exactly what we paid for! Easy access to the beach. Condo has everything you need for an extended stay. If you keep the doors and blinds closed the master bedroom does not get hot! Windward tower makes it easy to social distance. Did not ride the elevator with a single person for 6 days. Amazing balcony views and great location
Our recent stay at the Windward at Edgewater was great! My mom and I went with my two little boys and we found the condominium to be perfect for families. The large pool had a kiddie area setup like a splash pad, the beach had nice chairs and umbrellas for rent, and the condo itself was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Great location and beautiful balcony views too! The only thing missing for us, a group with small children, is a 2nd bedroom not connected to the balcony. Having to put the kids to sleep in the bedroom right off the balcony made it a little challenging for the adults to hang out after bedtime. Clean and immaculate!
This was our first time of going through this site and i would certainly recommend this site to others! The customer service was impeccable. I had several questions and they were very thorough and helpful. They were more than accommodating! The room was was beyond what we expected...it was very clean and immaculate! The pictures on the site were beautiful, but did not do it justice. I would go through this site and would love to stay in this room again! The only suggestion I would make is mailing the parking passes, rather than picking them up before arriving to the condo.- Reviewed On: 9/4/2019

Very impressed!Clean, neat, appointed impressively
We were beyond pleased with this condo and the clean, neat and fully equipped space. As we enjoy cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed and the entire unit met all of our expectations. The views from the balcony were lovely, the onsite restaurant had great selections and service and the entire facility was well manicured. We certainly enjoyed the heated pool! Salty Kisses surpassed my expections .
EXCELLENT! We came to relax and never left the complex, we loved it! There is a great restaurant on site - about a 2 minute walk. The pool at the building was heated, and the hot tub is at the next pool down. The condo was clean, the bedding was comfortable. Lovely, relaxing retreat!
This property was exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. The condo was clean, well appointed and very spacious. The best part was being ON THE BEACH! I couldn't have gotten any closer and the views were spectacular... The grounds were well kept, the pool area extremely close to the unit and easy to walk to the other pools and restaurant. We've stayed in many rentals this was one of the nicest. It's evident this owner cares, as attention to detail was obvious. The bedroom being on the water was the best, and the view from the unit and on the balcony was just beautiful. LOVED IT! BEAUTIFUL CONDO!
We couldn't be more pleased, condo was very clean and comfortable. Photos show blinds but there are room darkening drapes instead. Situated on the quiet end of the resort, but only a 2 min walk to the lagoon pool and restaurant, although there's a very nice pool right at Windward. There's a great bagel place for breakfast across the street, otherwise we never left the resort, as everything we needed was right there for a relaxing get-away.- Reviewed On: 10/11/2018

Our family vacation to Panama City Beach was wonderful. The condo was amazing and exactly how it was described online. We have two children (11 and 9) and we had plenty of room. Very nice; need a couple of repairs
The condo was great, though I would suggest repairing both sliding doors to the balcony as they are extremely hard to open & close. Adding toilet paper holders would also be good.- Reviewed On: 7/10/2018

Can't wait to come back again soon!
We went for a relaxing get-away and this condo was just perfect, and exactly like the pictures! It was in a perfect location in the complex. The condo was clean, the furnishings were high quality, and it was well stocked. We liked the higher chairs so we could see over the balcony railing. The best part was the bedroom by the water, we turned off the air at night, opened the door and listened to the waves. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to choose from.
