Windancer is a private community in the heart of Miramar Beach. It features a 4-story Beach Front condominium and a handful of cottages with private pools. Located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, Windancer is close to many favorite local eateries and just a couple blocks from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonally heated, Gulf Front community pool, step down the boardwalk to the beach, and grill up a feast at the Gulf Front BBQ area. Come check out this beachfront complex and see why you’ll be vacationing here year after year!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

It was a wonderful week great views if I could post pictures I would because it’s a perfect spot. My husband in other words had a list of things that need to be done. Better cleaning number one. There’s rust on the closet doors on the bottom that need to be painted or taken care of the kitchen faucet was loose. We did get the bathroom faucet fixed when we were there. The couch is kinda old and outdated. The lock on the front door is weird. It turns it was hard to unlock, but we did get in and it was hard to lock. The lock actually is loose and turns and I realize you don’t stay there that often so you don’t know this. We had a great day. Thank you very much for everything. We had a really nice time at the wind dancer in Miramar Beach. It was incredibly easy to get in and out of the property. The bunk beds were nice. The extra bedding was nice. We slept very well. A few things could be better, the amenities were pretty minimal like minimal toilet paper. No foil baggies that kind of thing. No sea toys or shovels to borrow. The pull-out couch was in pretty bad shape and there were some places in the house that needed mending as the property is older. However, we had an overall really nice stay and it was nice to be able to rent a few properties with our friends and be in the same building. The beach and the chairs outside were very nice to have. We enjoy be very close to the beach and the laundry and dryer.

Great place, right on the beach. We did see a mouse/mice droppings and they offered to come set traps the night before we left. We were leaving so we opted out of that. They were very communicative tho and said they’d take care of it before the next guest arrived. They gave us an early check in which was awesome for our families needs. I honestly was a little nervous booking this condo because of some of the reviews stating that the unit was needing upgrades, etc Overall, this unit was great! We were extremely pleased with the location and the condition of the unit. Every issue listed in the other reviews didn’t inhibit our stay whatsoever. Honestly, we wouldn’t have noticed them if they weren’t stated in other reviews. We loved being right on the beach and loved this condo! If you are looking for a place on the beach for an amazing price, I would consider booking this place! This is our second year staying at this condominium and we love it! Overall, it was an extremely wonderful stay and would definitely love to stay there again!
I loved having the access code for the door and not having to pick up a key. The view from the balcony was great and the walk to the beach was extremely short (we didn't even have to wear shoes). Stores ;and restaurants were literally across the street. My son complained that the bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable.- Reviewed On: 6/11/2020

Great Find in Miramar Beach
The grounds were kept up very well and even though these condos are older, ours was very clean. You can’t beat a beachfront view and we loved how this one was a short condo (I believe it’s only 4 stories). We would have liked better patio furniture, such as a bistro table so we could sit out on the patio and eat. Or even just more chairs.- Reviewed On: 11/18/2019
