This was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo is as advertised, great location to the breach and walk able to a few restaurants/shopping. We loved having beach chairs ready for us in the morning. We did not cook much but if you are wanting to cook, the pans are pretty rough. Loved it and would book again!

The location is perfection, easy access to everything you need. The view is incredible. We will definitely come back to this location. Easy access to the beach, dining, shopping and all of the fun. Our particular unit could use some updates, especially with cookware. We always enjoy getting up, catching the sunrise and making breakfast. There are a few minor dings with fridge, no fan while cooking, and seating in living area could be more comfortable. But The convenience and view was just Amazing.

The condo was very clean and smells nice. The view from the living room and balcony is beautiful. Easy access to the beach. This condo is well represented in the pictures. The bed was really comfortable. The host was proactive by checking in to see if we needed anything. We had no issues at all during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful week. We had one minor problem, we received communication from the office promptly and the issue was resolved quickly by a personal visit from one of the office employees. The property is a little older, but that is a plus if you like smaller buildings with less noise and distractions. The newer buildings are the huge towers with large crowds and you can get lost in the shuffle with no personal touch. We appreciate the constant communication we received. The only negative is that the beach access has several steps that made it difficult to take my beach cart down to the beach when I wanted to fish. Otherwise, we had a great week.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at these condos. Very nice and quiet. Only struggle we had was the gate on and off the beach. It didn’t always want to turn and open and it wasn’t ideal to have to put the code in to go back through the gate to go up to the rooms. The bathroom is definitely on the smaller side and suggest that putting in curved shower curtains and a detachable shower head as to rinse off and such. Overall, we would stay at the property again but try a different room.

My husband, sister and I decided last minute to take a quick beach trip. We could not have been more please with the location and condition of this condo. Has everything you need and is good and clean. Property Management is very responsive and makes check-in and check-out easy. The beachside pool with clean restrooms is a definite plus. Brandon makes sure you have your beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. We will definitely recommend Windancer and this unit, and will rent again. Thanks for a great week!

The view is everything!! Just steps away from being in the gulf. The neighborhood is very safe even late at night. We appreciate the fact that past guests have left their pool floats and boogie boards behind for future guests to use so make sure you check all the closets for these hidden appreciated gems. It’s not Rits but it is charming.

I stayed four nights…Nov 7-11, 2022. It was more than I needed but I wanted to be able to see and sit on the sand without more than a two or three minute walk from my door to the shore! Had it. I also wanted loads of golf courses to choose from nearby. Had it! Play the Raven. Worth the money! The condo was clean and pictures were accurate. I would stay there again. Let’s call this time of year…”No noise November”. Love it after kiddos go back now that I am a retired school teacher! Bye Felicia! Lol.

Overall impression of the property is great. Of course with your typical 4 story condo buildings you do have noisy upstairs neighbors and sounds of trampling feet above you. We came prepared with ear plugs and a good fan to help drown the noise while sleeping. My biggest complaint is the very hard bed in the master (way too hard for my liking) but to each their own. But you really cant get a better beach access. You are very close to grocery market and restaurants. Parking is ample and overall was a great rental.

Exactly what we were looking for to escape the snow and gloom of winter. This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything our young family of 5 needed. Super fun time! Loved the heated pool and ocean front view, and short 2 minute walk to the beach. Excellent all the way around. Highly recommend 5/5.

The location is very private and close to everything. The proximity to the beach is fabulous and the view from the balcony is great. The complex is small so parking is simple and being in the second floor made for easy access without having to wait on an elevator. Beach access only has a few stairs and is not steep like many of the other access places so going for a walk on the beach is relaxing.

This condo has a fabulous ocean view. The location is handy to all kinds of stores and restaurants - many walkable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning however bedroom carpet, sofa, chair, and some kitchen cookware needs replacing. You can hear neighbors walking around above. Bed is super firm (hard). Also the outdoor furniture is lacking. We had to get cushions to sit on it and you look through the deck bars to see the ocean. Needs the higher style chairs and table to enjoy the view.

Location is great!! Communication between host and tenet is great. The views from space was ideal. We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming next to a paddle border. I would stay here again. Restaurants all around. Jackakuddas and Surf Hut was our favorite.

Great views of the ocean and the pool right off your balcony. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. It does need to be upgraded, like the furniture and decor. The king size bed was too hard for our liking. No hair dryer, so bring your own.One of the sinks in bathroom didn't drain properly. The hood on top of the stove did not work. These minor things can be fixed in no time. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Overall, a very nice stay.

The best aspect of this rental is the proximity to the beach and the great view of the water/pool. One flight of stairs and a short walk is all that stands between you and the beach!
The rental had everything we needed but was missing its broom. Other than that our stay was the perfect escape during a pandemic. Our kids loved the bunk beds too.

Location was great. The pluses were being able to walk just a few steps to the beach, not having to load up all your sandy stuff in a car is ideal and having a washer and dryer in unit was very convenient too. The negative was how loud the people in the unit above us were. And before the trip I tried calling the management company with some questions and waited on hold for 30 mins before given the option to leave a call back number which I did but my call was never returned. Despite those few things we enjoyed our time here
