The location of this condo was absolutely perfect! Being able to walk right out to the beach and the close proximity to the pool was amazing. The unit does need some upkeep- the couch is very worn out, there was mold around the ceiling vents, low water pressure, and the dryer was very loud and actually ruined a couple of our swim suits to the point we had to throw them away. That being said, it was clean and comfortable otherwise. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the location alone makes it worth a return trip. The beach attendant was also great!

The location was great just walk straight out the patio door, the boardwalk is to the right then a very short walk and you're on the ocean! Convenient to restaurants across the street and multiple things to do.

Gorgeous view and just a few steps to the pool and beach! Quiet area, yet close to shops and restaurants . This area has beautiful sand and water. The beach chairs and umbrella were ready early each day and the guys that set them up were so helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing time staying at this place. Worth renting it with no thought, the views of the ocean and being able to see the sunrise and sunset right at your balcony is priceless. Being able to come out of your apartment and been step from the beach was amazing. Place was very private and relaxing. We will definitely visit and stay at this place again with no thought.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, and well equipped for the week! We weren’t left with a broom, but as soon as I messaged them they brought us one right away! They answered all our questions quickly. It’s literally a walk out right to the beach. We will definitely be back! The chairs and umbrella were great! We brought a tent but never ended up using it.
Extra notes: There’s a Winn Dixie right next to it and I suggest shopping their! Great prices compared to the local Walmart and other stores nearby and they have a bar! 😂
Skippers Dock Seafood market down the road (about 9 minutes) has great seafood broils to go! You can also get seafood to cook from them. We did both and were very impressed!

It was great just steps from the beach! The only thing I would change is make the TVs Smart TVs or put a Roku stick on them. We had planned to watch a movie on Netflix and couldn’t. But overall it was Very Good!!!

Great stay. Literally a few steps to the sand AND ground level so walk off the porch and you are on the beach. We loved it and so did the grandkids. Beaches in the mornin and pool in the evening. Great week of relaxation for us.

We loved our stay! Great location, guests were friendly and not noisy. We only wish the complimentary beach chair service had more flexibility in terms of space. We felt too close to other guests on the beach but we were able to find some work arounds. The complementary chairs and umbrellas were set up in very close proximity to other guests. More elbow room on the beach would have been preferred but overall our stay was great and we will be back! RealJoy was very responsive to calls/messages. As per other reviews, best to bring your own extra dish and laundry detergent and toilet paper. Electronics and furniture were slightly dated but the bed was comfortable. We were on the beach most of the time so those things weren't a big concern. We will definitely be back.

Loved it! Will be back! I am a very picky beach vacationer. I had expectations low on a smaller, possibly older unit but was pleasantly surprised! We LOVED having a ground floor unit less than 15 steps to the boardwalk. My mom ended up sleeping in the bottom bunk and said it was really comfortable and she’s almost 6’ tall! We loved the location of the condo (super close to chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Winn Dixie, etc) and these waters can’t be beat. (We had clear skies and clear, calm waters!) the view from the condo is great. You can see ocean and sand great. The chairs being included was another reason I booked here! Chair attendants were really nice. The Jack and Jill bathrooms were nice for privacy. It was overall very quiet! We came end of Sept so didn’t pay peak prices or deal with peak crowds! But didn’t hear a ton of noise from the ones who were there. Ground floor units all trusted leaving their stuff outside too and no one messed with it. Can’t wait to come back.

What a great experience here at Windancer 111!! Location could not have been better. Chairs/umbrellas on the beach was a nice touch.
Our only downside was made right quickly. Upon arrival, our condo hadn’t been cleaned from previous visitors. I called the number on the fridge, they asked us to go get supper and send them the receipt. They offered to reimburse up to $100. While we were gone they had the condo cleaned. After that everything was great!

Absolutely loved the location and closeness to the beach.🏖The view was amazing too! We enjoyed staying on the first floor, close to the beach entrance and the pool and grill. After a long day at the beach my family and I enjoyed kicking back on the patio watching the summer storms roll in. The condo was super cozy and had mostly everything we needed. Loved that the condo had a washer/dryer, but would definitely recommend bringing plenty of pods, as only 2 were provided. Plan on bringing your own seasonings and coffee as none are provided. The hot and cold in the shower are opposite, so heads up on that!😅 All in all a great place to stay and would most definitely come back!💙🐚

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was really good.
We were looking for a place that was on the beach and overlooked the Gulf. We wanted Beach Service included. It was. The unit was clean. Neighbors were plentiful and friendly. If you're looking for what we were looking for, you will not be disappointed.
If you are looking for refined, elegant, and luxurious accommodations, you will not be as satisfied.
We loved the place. Would come back. The pool is small and loaded with kids. Those facts did not bother us. We were there for the beach. Two things I wish the propery had include gas grills and a hot tub. Obviously, not dealbreakers. Covid-19 cleaning fee was understandably high.
