It’s very nice , clean , appreciate the leather sofas instead of dirty cloth sofa We could use more towels , I don’t see what the big deal is , go to target and buy some cheap towels , I believe there were 8 total!

We loved being able to walk out the back door and be steps away from the beach. The beach chair service was so wonderful and we enjoyed the dolphins swimming by in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice location. The room was clean,the beach was awesome, the prepaid beach chairs and umbrella were a great added feature. There was an inconsiderate, self absorbed couple on the beach, but who can control that?? Everyone else was super!

We loved our condo. It was well appointed and decorated. When we arrived the unit hadn’t been cleaned. We called RealJoy and they promptly responded with 2 cleaning crews who were there in minutes and they had the entire unit immaculate in less than 30 minutes top to bottom. They also waived our cleaning fee for our inconvenience. We were very pleased with the way they responded and for that reason we are giving them 5 stars!

This is the best location for the most amazing price! The condo is right on the beach. I watched every sunrise and sunset! The condo itself is nicely appointed. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This location is a hidden gem on Miramar Beach.

This was a great location I loved my stay here. The only 2 complaints I had was the previous tenants must of brought fish back to the room and stored it in the refrigerator. The whole condo smelled of strong fish. Despite putting multiple baking soda packs in there. The 2nd would be something was off with the bed. The head of the bed leaned back for some reason, this made it difficult to sleep and then we woke with terrible heartburn the next day from leaning back that way. I let RealJoy know and they said they would take care of it right away. If that is all I have to complain about it then this was definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Windancer 110 is in a great location right on the Beach. You can literally walk out the patio door and be steps from the beach. The condo was nice and well stocked with anything you may need for cooking. Nice fridge with a working ice maker. Even though the condo was nice and in a great location, I do have to say that you will however hear every single step of the people in the unit above you. At times, it sounded like a construction site it was so loud. Also be aware there is absolutely no onsight security at this location. We had inconsiderate people staying in the condo next to us that set up a large bluetooth speaker system right outside our patio door, playing loud music and screaming in the microphone until late in the evening and there was nothing that could be done about it. I understand they were just having fun during their vacation but should have taken the party down to the beach and been more considerate of others that were trying to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We love this place! Stayed years ago with kids and other couples with their kids. Was just as great as I remembered. Took my grandsons. Stayed in 110 ground floor. Love the access to beach and pool. So easy going back and forth. Easy check in and out. Had 1 question while we were there, and it was answered almost immediately. Close to grocery store, fresh seafood market and liquor store. Will definitely be back!

Perfect place for our week-long anniversary stay. Check in was easy and painless. The beach attendant set out an umbrella and two chairs for us every day and we utilized them quite often. We watched dolphins play right in front of the condo every morning. It was truly tranquil. The condo was in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and necessities. Real joy made it easy to find the place and provided clear instructions for check in/check out. We will be back next year in April for another anniversary trip!

My wife was so excited when she saw the inside of the place. It sits right there at the beach. You look out the window and you see the waves. It was downstairs and that made a great difference for an older couple. We would go again for sure.

We loved the bottom level and the easy access to the beach and pool. We had the Perfect location to sit on the porch and see the ocean or play games right out front in the yard. I even had guests say we had the best spot. It was clean and looked just like the photos. We will definitely be back :)

Condo is a great place to stay. However the fact that the door has been removed between the bathroom and the shower made it very inconvenient for more than one person to be getting ready at the same time. The door needs to be there.

Second time staying in this unit at Windancer. Love the location. Beach is beautiful. Unit is equipped with everything you need to make meals for family. The extra beach chairs to sit in the sand were an added bonus to ones provided with umbrella. Very relaxing vacation and one we'll be looking at booking again in the future.

We booked this place kinda at a last minute decision for a few days and extremely happy that we did, it’s off the beaten path, walking distance to restaurants and stores, the back door led straight to the ocean where our 16 month old wanted to be, being on the first level was great for us. We will definitely book this place next time we come to Destin, we highly recommend this place.
