This is the best location for the most amazing price! The condo is right on the beach. I watched every sunrise and sunset! The condo itself is nicely appointed. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This location is a hidden gem on Miramar Beach.

Windancer 110 is in a great location right on the Beach. You can literally walk out the patio door and be steps from the beach. The condo was nice and well stocked with anything you may need for cooking. Nice fridge with a working ice maker. Even though the condo was nice and in a great location, I do have to say that you will however hear every single step of the people in the unit above you. At times, it sounded like a construction site it was so loud. Also be aware there is absolutely no onsight security at this location. We had inconsiderate people staying in the condo next to us that set up a large bluetooth speaker system right outside our patio door, playing loud music and screaming in the microphone until late in the evening and there was nothing that could be done about it. I understand they were just having fun during their vacation but should have taken the party down to the beach and been more considerate of others that were trying to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We love this place! Stayed years ago with kids and other couples with their kids. Was just as great as I remembered. Took my grandsons. Stayed in 110 ground floor. Love the access to beach and pool. So easy going back and forth. Easy check in and out. Had 1 question while we were there, and it was answered almost immediately. Close to grocery store, fresh seafood market and liquor store. Will definitely be back!

Perfect place for our week-long anniversary stay. Check in was easy and painless. The beach attendant set out an umbrella and two chairs for us every day and we utilized them quite often. We watched dolphins play right in front of the condo every morning. It was truly tranquil. The condo was in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and necessities. Real joy made it easy to find the place and provided clear instructions for check in/check out. We will be back next year in April for another anniversary trip!

My wife was so excited when she saw the inside of the place. It sits right there at the beach. You look out the window and you see the waves. It was downstairs and that made a great difference for an older couple. We would go again for sure.

Condo is a great place to stay. However the fact that the door has been removed between the bathroom and the shower made it very inconvenient for more than one person to be getting ready at the same time. The door needs to be there.

We loved the bottom level and the easy access to the beach and pool. We had the Perfect location to sit on the porch and see the ocean or play games right out front in the yard. I even had guests say we had the best spot. It was clean and looked just like the photos. We will definitely be back :)

Second time staying in this unit at Windancer. Love the location. Beach is beautiful. Unit is equipped with everything you need to make meals for family. The extra beach chairs to sit in the sand were an added bonus to ones provided with umbrella. Very relaxing vacation and one we'll be looking at booking again in the future.

We booked this place kinda at a last minute decision for a few days and extremely happy that we did, it’s off the beaten path, walking distance to restaurants and stores, the back door led straight to the ocean where our 16 month old wanted to be, being on the first level was great for us. We will definitely book this place next time we come to Destin, we highly recommend this place.

The property was fantastic. Being so close to the water was extremely convenient and having beach service included (chairs and an umbrella) was great. To ensure you get your 2 seats, make sure you go to the beach early in the morning on your first day (or when you arrive the day before) and let the attendant know who you are, your condo number, and when you are leaving. That is it--for the rest of your stay, you will be set up with chairs in the morning. The condo had everything we needed from starters on trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, to bath towels and plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The washer/dryer is great and the frig is big. What would I say needs attention? 1) The sliding door heading out to the beach is a hard pull. Salt corrosion does that but it needs taken apart and lubricated. 2) The TV in the main living area has some color issues. Everything looks purple-ish. We adjusted it all we could but it may just be on its last leg. 3) The shower door needs replaced. Evidentially, someone before us had an accident, as one shower door is now a curtain, and a stationary door that could have been what crashed into the shower door is missing from its hinges. I'm sure this will be replaced when off season hits. In short, we had a ball! The bed was comfy, the parking lot was convenient, and the view was beautiful. We will be back.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and tastefully decorated, but most of all the view is absolutely breathtaking. The beach is just a boardwalk away and since it’s the ground floor, it’s the easiest access. The surrounding area was beautiful as well, good parking, quiet neighborhood, great pool in the back. We had one small issue when we arrived with one of the toilets but the property management was very responsive and helpful and the issue got resolved the same day, very pleasant process. I would definitely stay there again. The only “problem” we had was with the internet, it is incredibly slow and spotty, but that is such a minor thing to worry about on vacation, it was not a big deal at all. Overall highly recommend!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to on this property. We have stayed in a few different places, This was one of our best experiences. Check-in was simple. When we got in the first thing we noticed was the lights were on and the shades open it just felt welcoming. Everything we needed was there from BBQ utensils to a pizza cutter and even Tupperware, a cutting board for the fruit we cut up. Being on the ground floor has its perks. just steps from the pool and beach access. I have to give a shout-out to the chairs and umbrella guys Shawn and Travis were just great and so accommodating. In a nutshell we loved the place and will for sure be back.

Perfect location!! Literally footsteps from the beach and pool. This is a great place to stay in Miramar Beach and I will use them to book from now on. Easy check in with code lock. This place is only 4 stories high and not one of the high rise condo places. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella is also very helpful and convenient. Very nice!

This was our first vacation with our six month old son, and this was perfect. The ground level unit allowed us to easily haul all of our stuff out to the beach. It was perfect for what we needed. Close to restaurants, without a beach that was so crowded. Having chairs and umbrella included was also huge. We worked with Crib Connection to rent a rocker and crib. They coordinated with the property manager to have it all in our condo before we checked in. Condo was clean, but some of the furniture is rather worn in. Overall, great trip!

This is our second stay at Windancer. We love the area. Condo-clean and nice. Bedroom door sticks and then is hard to open and close and the patio wooden door handle needs fixed. It’s fixing to come off. Love windancer and the area. Will be back again!!

Our family had plenty of room and the location was very convenient. the pool is so fun for families. The refrigerator had some issues, but the communication was very prompt. We really enjoyed our stay. Was waking distance to beach, grocery, CVS and shops. Only minor issues were we could hear the people above us, the fridge did not have a water dispenser or ice maker and the washing machine was sub par. We would come back.

The location and ease of having a ground floor/walk out unit was ideal for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked, unlike other rentals that offer 2 pots and minimal dishes. We had packed some pans/knives just in case but they weren’t necessary at all. The layout of the bath and bunk beds was a good use of space. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

This place was perfect for our plans, nice rental but the selling point was the ground floor beach and pool access. No driving or walking across roads to get to the beach, it's literally right out the door! It is definitely someplace we would rent again!

The only weird thing was the internet cut off both nights around 9...you could use the "non secure" internet but we found it odd that the secure would cut out. Not really an issue to us! LOVE the property and rental.

Great location and small private beach sectioned off by complimentary chairs and umbrellas. The only thing was I read reviews about the couch bed being old and uncomfortable. Apparently that still has not been addressed because there was a note on it saying it’s broke but they had an air mattress available. I seen reviews about the loose toilet and it’s still loose also. I think if you are having those issues addressed, you need to get confirmation of the resolution. Otherwise great small condo right on the beach and loved the bottom unit we just walked right out on the beach.

We enjoyed staying at Windancer! The location is perfect. We loved being able to just walk out the patio and be on the beach. The property was well maintained. My only gripe about it would be that we had a bigger family staying above us the last few days of our stay and it sounded like a herd of elephants in our room as they moved around upstairs. Would stay here again though!
