Windancer is a private community in the heart of Miramar Beach. It features a 4-story Beach Front condominium and a handful of cottages with private pools. Located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, Windancer is close to many favorite local eateries and just a couple blocks from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonally heated, Gulf Front community pool, step down the boardwalk to the beach, and grill up a feast at the Gulf Front BBQ area. Windancer is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. The center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club for the high-end shopper. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The location was good. Lots of places to shop and eat within easy walkable distance. The beach chairs and umbrella that are included were awesome, they were set up and reserved for us every morning early. The beach is absolutely beautiful.
The pool was clean and well kept. It was quiet after dark, but was never loud any time.
The property is a bit dated, but nice. Could use some tlc. These are things that only someone in construction would notice though.
Unit 101 was nice. The bed was comfortable but the metal frame was for a queen bed not the king bed that was there. Some furniture was starting to show signs of aging. The bathroom and shower were great. The kitchen was nice and the appliances in great shape. I would recommend giving the ice maker over night to start and it stays full.
Would I stay in this unit or at this location, IN a heartbeat. Really enjoyed our vacation here.

Our stay was overall a great experience! The condo was in a great location, it was not a direct view of the beach since it is located right behind the pool HOWEVER it was still perfect for easy access to the beach! The beach service was great as you could reserve for the entirety of your stay rather than having to reserve day by day! It was fairly clean when we arrived. The communication prior to booking was a little spotty as far as getting information but once booked they were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would likely book again in the future!

We stayed in unit 101 on the first floor. Absolutely fabulous. Best condo we’ve ever stayed in. So close to the beach, no long boardwalk to walk down. Came with 2 chairs and an umbrella. So close to Winn Dixie which is a nice perk! The property managers were quick to respond and so nice. I couldn’t figure out the washing machine and they responded so fast. Thank you all again. We WILL be back, if not this condo, definitely with RealJoy vacations!

My wife and I decided to take a last-minute trip to the Destin area. We were looking for a walk out beachfront property and this one was a great fit! With the included chair and umbrella service we were able to get out every morning with a guaranteed spot (day 1 get there at 8am and the chairs will be reserved for you the rest of your stay). That made it very convenient and we didn’t have to rush down there every morning to reserve a spot. This condo was also steps from the pool. That was also very convenient. However, if you were wanting a direct ocean view the pool blocks that some. it was also an enough convenient location with the Winn-Dixie 1/2 mile away other shops and restaurants very close by.
