Welcome to Wave N Sea! This beautiful 3BR/2BA home in Destiny East is a short walk to beach access! It features a spacious open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops with stainless appliances, and a large enclosed private porch with a built-in grill and mini fridge. The King master bedroom has an en suite bath with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed and another guest room with a queen bed and a twin bed, sleeping a total of 10 guests comfortably. Come start making lasting memories at Wave N Sea.

Gated, upscale Destiny East is a luxurious neighborhood with lush landscaping and an array of amenities. Club Destiny is where you'll find the huge seasonally heated community pool with a waterfall. There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court or relax for a show in the clubhouse theater. You can't beat this central Destin location! Walk to Tuscany Italian Bistro or head towards the beach for great seafood at the Crab Trap or Captain Dave's on the Gulf.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, please select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Destin's excitement is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is also just down the road.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was a great space for our family of 9. It is about a 5-6 minute walk to the beach access. Or you can drive and park in the beach access lot. We had a great time staying in the gated community! Spent several days at the gorgeous pool. Others were very polite and did not disturb! They do provide the essentials. (If you’re a big family I would bring extra must haves.. toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, coffee filters ect). The living room area is very open and echo’s a lot. A great house for those who are used to a loud family. We would stay again!

My group of 9 are very grateful for the RealJoys ,wonderful people. The house is beautiful and large, close to the beach, a 7-minute walk, and close to all attractions. The house was better than expectation and had beautiful decorations. My family had a wonderful time together there. The only downside would be the TV's. It took a while and a phone call to figure them out and we ended up not using one. It was fine though, we only cared for the house and going out. Everything else went smoothly. We had a great stay. The unit had plenty of room for our large family. The beach was a short walk away which was amazing. Our family also really enjoyed the pools and tennis/pickle ball courts. The unit did not have much extra for toilet paper or trash bags so you may need to bring some of your own. The community was great and we had an amazing time. We would definitely stay again.

The location and beauty of the subdivision . The landscape needs to be improved , also the maid services can do a better job because the house is beautiful . However the maintenance should always make sure that all doors and locks are in good condition regularly so everyone can feel safe .

Beautiful home in an impressive neighborhood

We loved this spacious, clean house! Neighborhood is amazing, with gorgeous homes, well-manicured lawns and proximity to the beach. Community pool was nice, and my kids enjoyed the playground. Hot tub jets were broken and the second pool was closed, but that was OK. The pool closer to the property is better. Photos in this listing need updating, as the bedroom furniture has been changed, but the descriptions of the furniture are accurate. (All good, was just confused about # of beds when booking) Overall loved it and would definitely stay here again. Just a few minor recommendations: Filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. Need one more hand towel (there was just one for two bathrooms). Also, for this price point, need to provide adequate toilet paper. Two rolls per bathroom should cover it. When we stayed, the master bathroom just had a half-roll and it quickly ran out. We knew only starter supplies would be provided, and brought our own paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc., but did not pack TP. Most hotels have a double roll dispenser; that would be an easy solution. It would also be nice to have a folder or a sheet of paper with information like how to access the beach, directions to the neighborhood pool, and hours for the pool and fitness center. FYI there is no direct beach access. You have to walk about a mile. Also there's a golf cart and bike in the garage, but no instructions so we dit not use. Would have been cool if those were rentable. Thanks!
