The unit was beautiful and the view was amazing. We saw sea turtles, dolphins and manatees. Lots of different birds to see. If flying bring your own beach towels they are not provided and there are not towels for the pool. I do wish the unit had provided an umbrella for the sand area by the water. We know the property very well and as always it was wonderful. We brought our boat and used the boat slip. It has all the amenities that you could possibly ask for, beach, boats, pool and convenience to all our favorite restaurants. The condo itself is in pristine condition and was extremely comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe staying at this beautiful condo. The staff was very helpful and kind as well as the residents. We had friends that were also staying in Destin down the road from us and they tried to book a place here for another time this year but they were all booked up. Everything we wanted to do during our stay was convenient and close to get to including stores, food, shopping, beaches, boating, arcades and racetracks. We had a blast during our little girls trip. I wanted a nice place for us to be close to good dining, a pool, and fast access to fishing. The property was perfect for what we wanted. Very comfortable and lots of space for the four of us. The view of the pass from the balcony over looking the pool area was great. With our boat in the marina we had quick access to the pass and fishing. We only had one small issue during our stay and that was the sink disposal stopped up but the property maintenance man {Marcus} took care of it within minutes, We will be booking this property again if possible.- Reviewed On: 6/24/2023

No breakfast.. NO FRONT BEACH ACCESS,,,,,very important!!!!!,,not enough towels per stay. Low internet quality. But we did enjoy ourselves. We had a lovely time, this is a lovely apartment here at water towers thank you- Reviewed On: 8/17/2020
