Great stay for families. Our kids enjoyed the various pools and quick step to the sand. This unit had a great view of the thursday night summer fireworks over in Destin without the drive! That was a fun surprise! Great decor and closet of beach toys so no need to bring your own!

We love staying at Waterscapes! Easy walk to the beach and multiple pools make this location the best. Our rental was great. There were a few kitchen items that may need a little attention, but overall we had everything we needed and really enjoyed the space.

Very spacious property! Comfortable furnishings. A short walk to the beach & 2 level pool area! Also a great price when comparing to other properties. This condo is toward the back of the property so only a peek.a boo view of the ocean. If you are looking for a better view be prepared to pay more

This condo was great and spacious enough for the 5 of us (4 adults, one toddler). I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a high chair available for use. There’s some regular upkeep that needs to be done (the dryer pops open on it’s own and the bifold door tracks are worn- it fell off while we tried to do laundry). Overall the condo was clean and ready for us our master shower needed to be cleaned again it looked like it got forgotten there were boot marks inside it on arrival. Over all we’d still stay there again.

Nice spacious condo that fit two families. Waterscape is a nice resort with splash pad for the little along with 2 pools and a lazy river. The beach access is nice and has beach showers. Located within walking distance of souvenirs and restaurants

The condo was very clean and a nice set-up for two families. The resort was easy to get to. The pool area was nice for all ages. The kids loved the lazy river and obstacle with ropes and lily pads. A+ and would go again. The only downfall was the condo didn't have locks on any bathroom or bedroom doors and adding a TV in the bunk area would be a nice addition.

Pool area cannot get any nicer, it is employee monitored. No small kids with us, so enjoyed 3/4 pools. Tubes available for lazy river, they fit in as many lounge chairs as possible for decent availability. Condo close to parking/front/street side, which I liked due to frequent trips to car & appreciated gated & covered garage. Garage elevator easiest to access1st floor ramp to be able to tote a wagon/stroller/wheelchair. Mid-hall elevator w/ an quicker 2nd floor access to pool if ramp isn't needed. The only thing I missed in the kitchen was a larger mixing bowl, a small one was present. Didn't use washer but having dryer was very useful. There is a closet behind the front door w beach items-didn't use them but my guest left beach toys to add to the collection. I actually didn't find the closet until I was leaving, and stashed the toys in there last minute instead of leaving them in the hallway-didn't have a chance to wash the sand off since we were out of time to checkout. While eating meals on the balcony, we people watched off the very private balcony, so missing a pool/beach view wasn't too sad. The décor is adorable, beds comfortable, very nice bathrooms, appreciated the double kings & extra space!!! Even the guys renting the umbrellas at the beach were extremely nice, they insisted on helping bring my wagon to my spot, so helpful!

The only real complaint I have is that the free activities that were suppose to be available to us did not work the whole time we were there. Every time I tried to go to the site it was under construction. That was very annoying. We were not able to utilize any of the “free” activities.

This is the perfect condo for a family! Lots of room in the condo. The pools are awesome and there is beach access. So close to everything we wanted to do in Destin as well- just a short drive!

First time coming to destin/ft Walton area and we were very pleased the beach is beautiful and this condo complex offers a lot of options for kids and adults alike. Everything was clean upon arrival and the condo fit us and our three kids very well. Will be frequenting the emerald coast annually in the future.

Waterscape is a new vacation rental for us.Very family oriented and staff is very professional. With that said the Condo was very very clean! Only issue we had was dryer which we called about and was unable to fix until they contacted owner... Washer and dryer (makes very loud noises) need to be replaced, but overall condo was Perfect.Thank you and we will be back!

Waterscape is simply the best resort in the area! The condo is beautifully furnished. Love the decor! It is so warm and inviting. It is close to beach despite not having a water view. This was ok. It is super family friendly. This was my first time staying there. I will be back again. I recommend a425 highly!

This is a fantastic property for families and couples! Very spacious and well-appointed. Steps away from a beautiful beach with included chair service that is first come, first serve, and an amazing water park with lazy river, bar and grill, and lots of other amenities. We’ve rented this condo three times now, and we will continue to do so- we love the fact that we can walk to get breakfast next door, seafood across the street, groceries less than a mile away, and while we are out of the Destin main strip traffic jam, we are less than ten minutes away from the Destin attractions! This is a top of the line vacation spot.

My friend and I spent 5 days in Destin and stayed in Waterscape A425. There was secure, covered parking, luggage and grocery carts ready upon our arrival. Waterscape was close to all of the Destin attractions, but off the main strip with all of the traffics. Our condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were like clouds, and the kitchen was up to date and spacious with gorgeous countertops. We can't say enough about the large, well-appointed baths- both with garden tubs and standalone showers- it was as if we had two master bedrooms! There was even a 1/2 bath off the dining room for guests. Both bedrooms and the living area had patio access. The patio had beautiful city views at night, and city/gulf views during the day. The dining/living area was open and spacious with beautiful furnishings. We didn't watch much TV, but there were 3 flat screens and great wireless available. We spent a lot of time out by the scenic pool with lazy river, waterfall, and much more just steps away from the beach! Waterscape is in walking distance from several awesome restaurants, which we also took advantage of. This was a fabulous home away from home! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! We are frequent flyers to the Destin/Fort Walton area and this condo has been my favorite by far. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The outdoor facilities (pools and lazy river) are fantastic. I can't say enough about this condo. We will definitely be back!

Just returned home today fro m a short trip down and stayed here for the first time. i dont understand why there has not been a review prior, as this is a GREAT place. It lacks nothing. Great beachy decor, kitchen is well stocked. Furniture is adequate, updated and comfortable. Both King beds have awesome and surprisingly comfortable mattresses. Linens and pillows were very nice as well. A lot of little surprises I truly didn't expect, in a good way. It is an partial East facing unit so you will get some sun if on the decking outside, but I knew this ahead of time, as well as when the place next door is finished, it looks like it will unfortunately, take a large chunk of the view away, not all, but a lot. I would still rent it again knowing this :) Thank you for the stay in your unit, it was a wonderful gem we found. The price was BEYOND FAIR - as well. Again, knowing ahead of time what I knew with the East side thing, I would rent again. The property has endless fun for the family and this is a family complex! plenty of swimming and lots of little extras for the kiddos like airbrush tattoos for the boys ( girls too :) ) and hair wraps for the girls. Stuffed animals to make. just cannot say enough good about it all. The walk to the beach was easy as well. We look forward to coming back again and staying in this unit. OH! the only thing we didn't have was a hair dryer, a quick run to the Walgreen fixed that though! that would be the only thing we didn't have, that was unexpected.
