The rental company was responded quickly to a sliding door we couldn’t get to lock. I reached out and they sent someone right away to fix it. The condo itself is as listed. Be aware some of the furniture is used looking but it was all very clean. We checked carefully when we got there because of some of the reviews we read on our particular unit but found no issues. The condo is what it is but we didn’t spend much time in our condo anyway and the pool and beach at the waterscape is so amazing.

Super easy, with texts and messages. We got the information, we used the gate code, and we found the unit quickly. Parking was right next to the apartment unit so that was a plus too. We found the wristbands and parking pass within the room and enjoyed our short stay with your location. Honestly, wear and tear happen. Great location, with amenities and a balcony. So happy we could enjoy our time between the pool and the beach. The ocean view, the pier, the emerald coast is really the best! What's not to like?

We were in town for a week long volleyball tournament. This place was within walking distance which is exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of room for all of us, everything worked well except the fan in the master room (only slow setting worked). There was plenty of towels and things to use for the whole group and the pools/hot tubs was the highlight.

well equipped, nice and large with lots of room to move around. beautiful balcony with peekaboo gulf views. The only problem was the communication of the door codes. It was sent to my email and I thought it would come by text. I don't do email on my phone. The smaller bedroom balcony door did not lock. The locking mechanism would only protrude quarter of an inch, not enough to lock. Caused my friend some discomfort.

Unit was nice enough and mostly clean. Parking garage was very close so that was super convenient for unloading and loading. Overall I would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another trip!

The condo was amazing! Two master suites and extra 1/2 bath was amazing! The location was amazing! We will definitely be back! The only thing I can recommend for this condo is a bakers rack to hold groceries! Love, love, love this place!

We loved staying here with our 3 small children! Unfortunately, the kid pool was out of order the entire week we were there but there were plenty of other kid-friendly options to enjoy. The only thing we noticed that could be improved upon is floor cleaning. Our feet were black and covered in sand our first night - before we’d even stepped a foot on the beach. I just vacuumed and did a quick mop over. We would absolutely stay here again! Very kid-friendly inside and out(parking garage/pool access, etc)!

The property was very clean, easy access to the parking and elevators, great decor, quick walk to the pool and beach, and so spacious! The TV’s were slightly outdated, but everything else is amazing!

Condo 235A was super convenient to the parking area for building A on level 2. Loved that for loading in and loading out. Very clean unit. No beach views but loved the bunk beds feature for the kids. Everything was as promised,

The rooms were clean and tidy and we enjoyed the fact that our car was just steps away from our front door. It is a little bit of a walk to get to pool area and beach but youngsters wont have a problem. The text from management to tell us what our room code was came about an hour and half before rooms were actually cleaned. I wish that could have been more clear.....but overall we were pleased with our stay. There is only a small glimpse of the ocean from the balcony but the pier fireworks on Thursday nights are beautiful from the balcony.

We were looking for something with two rooms with king beds in both rooms so this was perfect. I have small children and the room was right next to parking spots in the parking garage which was very convenient. The room is very close to the kiddie pools which was also convenient for me. The beach is a short walk away and no direct ocean view from the balcony but I didn't mind. The room was nice and kid friendly! Had a blast!

I booked this trip last minute for my kids and I. I had no idea what to expect as usually I do a lot more research. The unit was very clean and larger than I thought it would be. Plenty of room for me and 5 kids. They all loved and fought over the bunk beds. There are two rooms with a king bed and each room had a large private bathroom. There was also an additional powder room right by the bunk beds so this made plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The unit also had a coach bed which we didn't end up needing. My husband wasn't able to come on the trip since it was last minute so I was dreading having to unload groceries and luggage into the condo without his help. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you could park right by the door. It made loading and unloading while keeping an eye on the kids a breeze. Also the unit is on the same level as the pools and beach so it's an easy stroll right out the door. All of my kids were 11 and under and they loved the monkey bars across the pool and the lazy river. You can also rent beach chairs and an umbrella right next to the water so you don't have to pack and bring your own. The beach is very clean and beautiful. We could walk to eat or have a short drive to some other places and grocery store. The only slight complaint I have is the bedding was kind of itchy and not very comfortable. The beds were comfortable just not the sheets.... So maybe add some new sheets. Our favorite part of the trip was the beautiful fireworks on the beach on one of the evenings. I was very happy with our trip and it was very convenient and fun for a quick get away. I will be booking this unit again for sure.

We went to Waterscape for a weekend getaway. We were not looking to stay at a resort, but the condo and the entire complex exceeded our expectations. The condo is spacious and was equipped with more than we needed for our stay. It was clean, and a staff person met us upon arrival to provide wristbands to wear at the pool areas. She was welcoming and expressed her availability for anything we needed. Most of our time was spent at the beach, but while we were in the condo, we enjoyed the large bathrooms, comfortable couches, and natural light from the large windows. The freezer in the unit does contain an ice maker, and we were able to fill a cooler to take to the beach each day. The beds did creak initially upon sitting/lying on them, but overall they were comfortable and did not affect our ability to sleep. The amenities of Waterscape (pool areas, lazy river, fitness centers) are hard to beat. They are clean and very family friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to return to Waterscape and to this condo!

Arrived after school was back in session. The resort was wonderful! The beach was spotless, and the water could not have been clearer! The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and snacks and beverages at the poolside bar were excellent. While there was not a direct view of the beach, a partial view provided a relaxing scenic experience we were looking for. The room is at pool level, so there is no need for elevators. I would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was in pristine state when we arrived. Covered garage parking just steps from the door. Leisure walk to the first of three pools. Very nice workout area with two hot tubs. Every age person has something here for them. Convenient grocery store and 5 restaurants within easy walk. Very near pier and restaurants located there. A235 had every item you would need in the kitchen.short walk to the grills at the pool. Walk to the private beach along nice brick walkway alongside pools or down an air conditioned hallway. Beautifully decorated condo with each bedroom having king sized beds.The bathrooms are enormous in each bedroom and the half bath in the living area was very convenient. Very nice sized balcony with pretty views. All three adults in my group found something nice about this condo and the property itself. Luxury at an affordable price.

My children loved it. The only down side was it was not enough time in the day to complete all our activities. They have four totally different pools that were heated plus the beach and hot tubs for me and the hubby, and the boardwalk is just a short distance away. I think we officially found our spring break get away
