Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Located in Villas of Frangista, Washed Ashore is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a huge open living area and high-end touches, including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood-look tile flooring, high ceilings, plus a covered back porch with fenced-in yard! There are three king bedrooms, two sets of twin bunks in the 4th bedroom, two sets of twin bunks in the upstairs hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. As an added bonus, all bedrooms and the living room have wall-mounted, flat-screen TVs! When not enjoying the beach, stroll over to the community pool just a couple of blocks away. Experience all the fun, with 4 adult bikes, a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), and other provided beach toys! (Beach access approximately 1400 yards) Enjoy lasting memories by making Washed Ashore your next vacation destination!

**For added security this home has four active exterior cameras - one at the front door, one at the driveway, and two in the backyard on each side of the home. There is also an active Ring doorbell.**

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar-white beaches.

*Max 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RVs, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Area Attractions:

Washed Ashore is located only half a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was amazing for our yearly family fishing/ vacation. I love that it was gated. The Community was quite and clean. The house had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed our nightly walks and sitting on the back porched. They had some games for guests as well as beach stuff. Would stay here again.

It was overall a great place to stay. Floors were really dirty when we arrived so we had to go get cleaning supplies and clean the floors. That bothered me because of the high cleaning fee that everyone gets charged, I expect cleanliness all around. Also the bikes that they listed we could use , we couldn’t even use them because the tires on all of them were flat. We tried to find an air pump but no luck. They’re pretty fast to respond to any inquiries as our fan went out but had it fixed before end of day. Even though it is clearly listed in their details of their listing about the golf cart being an additional deposit and fee, I really think they shouldn’t have it as the first picture of the listing it should be the last one. That really is misleading. Overall it was a great experience. It is a beautiful place.

The house is in a gated community, which is always a plus. To me, that is an extra sense of security while away from home. I’m almost certain that we’ll stay here again. The house was clean. The beds are comfortable. And, there were extra pillows in the closet. My only gripe would be that the listing suggests that the golf cart is included and it’s not. You have to pay a $500 deposit in addition to $75 per day. But, that’s not enough to deduct stars because overall it was still a quiet, comfortable stay. I would still recommend.

This place was very comfortable. Make you feel at home short walk to the beach. Just remember that the golf cart. You have to put a deposit and extra charge.

The house comfortably accommodated the 12 of us. Renting a car is probably best because of the distance from grocery stores, if you plan on cooking. The golf cart was great, but you’re only allowed to drive it on the roads. There’s no shortcuts to the beach. The location of the home is about a 15-20 minutes walking distance. Thank you for providing beach amenities, such as umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon to carry it all, that was very helpful. The house was beautiful and it included all the cooking supplies needed to make meals for a group. I would consider staying at this location again.

Very nice airbnb. The property manager is very responsible. We were originally not given the code to enter the community and there were a few door handles that weren’t working, but we called the property manager and they fixed it immediately. The community is gated, private and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the home is fully renovated. One thing that wasn’t super great was the couches in the living room were old and the reclining feature didn’t work.
