The location of this property to the beach is awesome! This place was so roomy for our family. The a/c was not working, and RealJoy offered to move us to another location on Saturday. Thankfully our first night was a cool night and we were able to raise the windows. On Saturday, maintenance brought us some portable a/c units that kept the place nice and cool. Not sure why maintenance bring those portable a/c units on Friday and plugged them in so the place would be cool upon arrival. Overall our family stay was good. The kids really enjoyed the beach.

Good location and great layout. The garage was nice to have and there was plenty of beach gear that we didn’t have to bring or buy any. Only frustrating feature were all of the door codes. You had to make sure you had them with you or you were locked out. We did finally memorize all of them two days before we left.

It's a great stay. The only things was that I was unsure of was which unit I was staying in and I couldn't get thru the front door of the lobby because after you enter the code you were suppose to press the ✔️ button on the pad but the code instructions didn't mention that. Once that was done, everything else was great.

My family and I enjoyed the property. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Any question I had for management was answered in a friendly and timely manner. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the lack of a sufficient number of face and bath towels (if the place sleeps 10, I would think there woud be at least 1 per person) and toilet tissue. It was not a big problem that a quick trip to Walmart didn't solve. I would definitely rent again.

We are happy that any questions that you may have had were answered in a friendly and timely manner. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by there not being more bath linens and toilet paper provided. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such supplies as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any additional supplies needed for/during their stay. If there were not a sufficient number of towels provided in each bathroom, we would have been more than happy to have some delivered when made aware. This was our second time we have stayed here but DO NOT use the elevator, it broke down and had to get the fire department to get our kids out, they were in there for 45 minutes!!!!! Other than that we love this place!

Unit was great and it was a quick walk to the beach just across the street.the view was awesome! We had a great time except the for all the cleaning I did before we left the only thing cleaning people had to do Was one load of towels and sheets I did everything else. because of all the rules I was afraid they would charge me more. And when we went to bed at 10 to get up early at 5 am the group of people under us was having a heck of a party making all kinds of noise and slamming doors and woke me at 2am and kept me up till 3:30 and we had a 10 hour drive to get home.

We stayed here for our yearly friends trip, short walk across the road to a beautiful clean beach. The house was super clean and finished well. Beds were perfect great bathrooms. Elevator in the main entry to send up groceries and drinks. Balcony view was great. Huge garage plenty of parking for cars. All around great place. Keypad entry for every door so no keeping up with check in cards

Our Family has made several trips to PCB due to my work and stayed in several condos from PCB to Miramar. The convenience of this stay was a refreshing change. No waiting in the elevator line in one of the high rises; no crowded beach, no problem parking. We were able to park in the garage and park a rented golf cart. Although we brought our own stuff, there were plenty of beachy items in the garage in case someone forgets something.

Property was nice. Upon arriving air was not working but one call to the property owners did the job. We left out and by the time we came back it was nice and cool. Only issues we had were the some of the bed covers had hair in them. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Overall good stay would recommend and stay again!

Such a clean and spacious unit. It looks exactly like the pictures shown online. The views from the living room are gorgeous. It was super clean and the check in/checkout process was super easy. The kitchen has everything we could ever need in the unit to make our stay perfect. Our dogs enjoyed the unit and our senior dog was able to use the elevator instead of using the stairs during her potty walks. The garage had room for both of our vehicles and kept our cars out of the winds of hurricane Zelda, it said it came with a garage door opener but we didn't find it however we simply used the door code to open the entrance and use the button on the wall to open/close it. Overall this unit was decorated beautifully and perfect for our family, we will definitely be back!

This rental was great, but I would not recommend booking it during “Thunder Beach” (I.e., biker week) unless of course you are a biker. We did not get a lot of good sleep because of all the noise into the early hours of the morning. I’ve never experienced anything like it. We originally planned this trip for May 2020 but had to reschedule due to covid. Had no idea we rescheduled to the week of thunder beach. I’m sure our stay would have been much more pleasant in May. Everything about the rental itself was great!

Stayed here a couple years back and we loved it. This trip was just as great. The place is in a great location for the places we want to go. Place is so clean and very well put together, Quiet at night in the back, view at sunset is great. Going to plan to come back next year if able to. Very nice hosts and they send messages to phone on record with all the info you will need. Villasea at Bahama Beach is 5 stars all the way around.

Pros: - Super clean! - Great location, across from the beach. - Comfortable beds. - Spices in cupboard & lots of kitchenware. - Kuerig Coffee Maker. - Balcony with beach view. - Third floor was quiet. - Pet Friendly! - No broadloom carpet! - Lots of toilet paper, towels & dish towels for family of 5. - Beach chairs & beach toys in the garage were great. - Huge garage for 2 full size cars plus parking outside. - Big & Spacious unit and huge master bedroom. Cons: - A lot of stairs for 3rd floor. Wish I had known. Elevator was scary and tiny. - I would have removed all rugs in this pet friendly place, the living room rug was dirty. It could have just been removed and would have felt cleaner there. - Could have used another set of sheets. - Throw blanket in master bedroom had dog hair on it. - garage was a mess with toys and chairs thrown around, my husband ended up cleaning it before we left so we weren’t blamed for it. Cleaner should have tidied the garage. - main hallways were dirty and smelled bad at times. Wish these common areas were cleaned regularly considering were in the middle of a Pandemic. - outside grass near trash bin has spurs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE OR YOU WILL SPEND YOUR HOLIDAY NURSING YOUR DOGS PAWS!!! - Master bedroom tub drains super slow. - bathmat in master bedroom had spurs in it. OUCH!! I would toss that and use Hotel style bath mat towel so it can be easily washed. - TV remotes need new batteries. Keeping new batteries in a drawer would have been great! Overall we would stay here again!! Great stay!! Thank you!!

SO MUCH SPACE. Great view of the beach. Great staff. We only had one issue and it was with the AC. We didn’t know until we returned from dinner around 9 PM. Within 20 minutes, staff was there to ensure we had AC for the night and were so friendly and understanding. Would definitely stay again!
