My mom, husband, myself and our 2 year old year old stayed here for 5 days. We each had our own room. Beds were comfy and house was just what we needed. We LOVED the location. So much to walk to in the area. The two pools at the resort were perfect for small kids & adults.The shuttle to the beach was nice but that private beach area was tiny and packed. I would certainly stay here again but knowing I wouldn’t go back to that area of the beach.

Great unit in a great location. Furniture was nice and kitchen had lots of plates and pots and pans. Could have used more toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Had a hard time finding the trash dumpster - which was by the pool.

We LOVED being guests in this condo. Everything was so thoroughly stocked and chosen thoughtfully with gust comfort in mind. The master bed was HEAVEN and the location couldn’t have been better if we tried to find better. My teens loved browsing shops in the village at night and we hit the pool every day. I feel like cleaning could have been better. Especially since we were denied early entrance to the unit after being told it was being cleaned. We still had to go in and sweep the floors and had to request a new set of sheets for the king bed because ours smelled of mildew like they had been left in the washer too long. But not the owners fault and held no bearing on my overall rating. This place was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay and would return again if going to 30A! This location is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Be sure to call Real Joy for instructions on how to gain beach access. Most of the beaches in this area are private and have restricted access. The specific beach the condo has access to is about an 8-10 minute walk or you can opt to take the tram. If you would like to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas, the tram has a storage area for these items while in route. We also relaxed by the pool and spent time in the spa.
This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is comfortable, clean, contemporary and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms, dining table and living area have plenty of space for seven.

We enjoyed this location so much! Definitely rent bikes (even though we had a rental car) - it’s so fun to explore local spots and not worry about parking. Beach access was convenient down the street 50 yards and renting with Dolce Vita beach chairs made it easy. If you’re staying multiple days you may just want to bring beach chairs or buy cheaper ones and go down to Inlet Beach for public beach space. Hosts communicated well and it was a seamless check in and check out. The location of the condo was great and we loved the live music every night in the Peddlers Pavilion right out front. Farmers market on Sunday was an added bonus! Great value and space. Highly recommend!

This was a great location, very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing I wish I would have known before coming is almost all of the beaches are private (Rosemary beach, Seacrest beach, Alys beach, etc). You would need an electronic token/key phobe to get access. This condo does not have access to those private beaches and you will need to utilize the public one (inlet beach) about 10-15 minute walk.

RealJoy's place was beautifully furnished and walking distance to all the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The first floor of the building has several restaurants, a little grocery store, and a starbucks. Definitely give LaCo a visit for delicious Mexican food (1st floor). The facilities are kid friendly with a waddle pool that's only 2 ft deep for the little ones and also a 6 ft deep heated pool. The only issue we faced was trying to access the pool with an expired code, but the host responded quickly with the updated code. I would definitely stay here again!
