Come take an adventure and find your perfect vacation getaway at the Village of South Walton B377 Bldg G! This studio has a queen-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa and sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Located in a mid-rise resort with access to shops and eateries on the first level, it is loaded with conveniences for your beach vacation. You'll have access to a lap pool close by the condo for your pleasure, and there's a zero-entry community pool that's great for families with small children! Just a short walk to Rosemary Beach, amphitheater, park and bike trails.

The Village of South Walton has an amazing beachside village feel. Families with small children enjoy riding bikes up and down the neighborhood streets or just hanging around the Village green. A lap pool is close for your pleasure, and there's a zero-entry community pool that's great for families with small children!

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. There is easy access to the private beach via shuttle. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 10-minute schedule to the beach and shops. If you so choose, the beach is an easy 10-minute walk.

The Village is centrally located in Seacrest between Rosemary Beach and Alys on 30A. The convenient location is within easy walking distance to world-class dining, spa, wine bars, and many wonderful locally-owned shops, and only about a half-mile from the NEW 30Avenue center with lots of shopping and dining options! There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, the prices listed do not include beach service. This gives our guests the option of purchasing beach set-ups on their own if desired. Beach set-ups, which consist of 2 chairs and an umbrella, typically run around $45/day.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall great experience. There was a lot of parking in the back. We had some trouble finding the place because it says unit B but its actually in building G next to the fountain. Easy beach access with the shuttle that picks you up next to the pool. Not a lot of room on beach Though. Very small private beach. If you get there early before 4pm and want to go to the beach you can enter free at the Winston lane beach access but no parking there. Its like a 15 min walk or 5 min uber. Lots of reaturants and bars close by you can walk to. The place is conveniently located and clean. We enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again. It was a little warm in the room and it didnt feel like the AC ever went below 74 degrees even though we set it to 70. We also only had one full bath towel in the room which was a little annoying, but plenty if sheets haha. The pull out bed was fine. They have a nice shared balcony for the floor that no one really used besides me. Two bar chairs and a table.

Amazing location with a lot of dining options and shops - quick walk into Rosemary Beach and great amenities. The condo itself is very basic but the bed is comfortable so it worked perfect for the two of us. AC didn’t work all that well but I brought it to the hosts attention so should be resolved and luckily there was a fan so we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Very good location at seacrest beach right next to Alys and Rosemary beach! The complex has a nice pool (two - one very shallow if you have little kids and another with a deep end ) there were chairs and an umbrella to go to the beach.
Host was responsive and proactive but we didn’t have any issues to report! There are several shops and restaurants a few steps away and a great place to get Açaí bowls coffee icecream etc all within walking distance.
