Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

At the gated Villa Coyaba resort, there is a wide variety of activities that await you. With a private gated entrance and direct beach access, this is the ideal getaway for families or couples. Amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated community pool, a hot tub, and a grilling area. Villa Coyaba is conveniently located near Henderson State Park, less than a mile from Destin Commons, and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Destin like Camille’s at Crystal Beach and 790 on the Gulf. There is truly something for everyone at Villa Coyaba.

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is also close by.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo in Destin, FL. The location couldn’t have been better, located right on the beach. Along up to the sounds on waves and the view of the Gulf was magical. The condo itself was clean and modern. The property also featured a pool, gym, and easy beach access. Parking was a breeze and check-in/ check-out were seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress free beach escape!

Excellent location! Great view from balcony

Loved the condo, the location, and the view on the big balcony was great! We honestly enjoyed this condo! If I were to nitpick, the ice maker in the freezer barely makes ice. And the beds are super stiff but it was still a great place with plenty of room for our group! Also loved the fact that it’s a smaller group of condos, less crowded especially on the beach!
