Vaso's Beach House is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in Highland Parks neighborhood on the beautiful scenic 30A. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the covered porch or balcony then chase the sunset in the evening on the back patio! Come fall in love with this beach home with its cozy, chic décor, crown molding throughout, raised ceilings, and beautiful hardwood floors. The gorgeous kitchen boasts a large island perfect for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The open-concept living area is great for the whole family, with a flat-screen TV and a dining table separating the large kitchen island. With a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in two of the guest rooms, and a queen-over-queen bunkbed, twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin trundle in the 3rd guest bedroom, this lovely home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. Hop on the 4 provided bikes and head to the beach, then spend the day by the sparkling Highland Parks pool that features a waterfall, gazebo, and 360-observation town! Highland Parks is the newest neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach featuring a fantastic neighborhood pool with a waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, snack bar, and observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and is surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. From the 4-story observation tower, you can see the Gulf, the bay, and miles along the coast to Seaside and Sandestin in either direction. Highland Parks is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! Enjoy dining at local favorites The Perfect Pig, Red Door, Local Catch, or Basmati's. Check out the local art scene at Justin Gaffery’s art gallery.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The cleaning Co. did not finish their job with the oven. They sprayed a white cleanser on the racks and oven leaving white cleanser all over it.We washed and cleaned before we could cook our fish.Also wanted to mention there were only 9 arm bands for using the pool. A beautiful house and area that we really enjoyed. I will attach a picture of the oven.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and more private than I expected. The weather was a little chilly so we did not get to use the pool and the hot tub was not hot the first time we tried it. It was warmer when we checked again. The house was comfortable for everyone with a lot of room. The downstairs furniture could be a little more comfortable and awkward to have the covers on them. My only other complaint was the rugs. They were all very dirty and need replaced.

Perfect house for our family of 13. We had enough dishes to bbq. It’s 8 minutes from Publix, 4 minutes from the beach (driving) & the community pool is in walking distance even for the little ones. It rained all day our 2nd day & the house was just right for being rained in. Thanks for being great hosts!!

We loved our stay! The space was perfect for our large family. We loved sitting out on the front porches and the screened in patios while drinking coffee and reading.
A bathroom door hinge needed to be adjusted in order for it to close and there wasn't sufficient pool wrist bands for all of our family. Also, the tv remote in the bunk room wasn't working --- the kids weren't happy about that. Real Joy responded promptly to the door hinge and pool bands. The tv remote had to be ordered therefore that tv was unavailable for use during our stay. The area rug in the king room was full of stains, that was a bit off-putting.
Be aware if you have anything bigger than a compact vehicle. We had a Toyota Tacoma and a Lexus SUV and both vehicles had to be parked a little on the grass and staggered in order for them to fit in the driveway.
Overall, we loved our stay! The pros far outweighed the cons. We look forward to another visit!

This home was exactly as posted. Very spacious, clean and in a great safe neighborhood. If you are vacationing with younger children do bring a wagon or plan on renting a golf cart as the walk to the beach is a bit long for young kids and parking is very limited. The older kids loved riding the bikes and the adults enjoyed the walking paths. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and the home is beautiful in a prime location. We will definitely be back and choose this home for our stay.

Lovely Home

The home was lovely and spacious! We loved the screened porches. The only concern we had was the living room TV, which stayed on constantly, despite attempts to turn it off. Otherwise, we had a nice, relaxing stay.
