Beautiful, clean condo. The resort is immaculate, staff is constantly cleaning commonly used areas (elevators, lobby, pool, etc). Location is absolutely perfect…within walking distance of a good variety of restaurants/bars. The view from this condo was breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

Great condo, great complex. Only small thing was the beds were a bit stiff and the sofas are older and sink pretty badly. Still in great shape and this place was wonderful overall. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay. The unit was beautiful and well maintained and the view was amazing. We never had any issues with the elevators and the reserved parking spot and beach service with two chairs was a nice touch. We traveled with two others and were able to add two additional chairs without any problems.
RealJoy was a great host. They communicated checkin and checkout instructions and checked in on us. They were fast to respond if we had any questions. We will not hesitate to stay at this location or any other location managed by them in the future.

This unit was amazing! The decor was clean and up to date. Loved the kitchen and the balcony.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, stores and steps from the beach. The best views from the 18th floor with a large balcony made for beautiful sunsets. Loved that the pool and beach access were just an elevator ride away. Really enjoyed our beach getaway at this property.

Great location! Convenient parking. We had a very relaxing holiday. We saw dolphins on the balcony in the morning. Only thing is that the room not facing the beach side is very cold in winter season even with the heater on while all other parts are fantastic!

This listing was exactly like the pictures. Such a beautiful view and the customer service was great. We had a couple minor hiccups however they were acknowledged and work on immediately! It was very peaceful and right on the beach. Just note after October 31 there will be no beach chairs provided. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be staying with them again.

We loved the beautiful location! Loved the cleanliness! Had a couple of small issues, fixed immediately. Loved the no smoking in the condo and no smoking on the deck. But if someone is allergic to cigarette smoke, you may have to go in and out as other balconies are not like yours. But that you cannot control and just want people to be aware. A suggestion…in the guest bathroom tub, kinda slick and might be helpful for letting to be put in tub for young feet so no falls.
Will definitely use this place again.

We have stayed in PCB about 20 times and this is the best place we have ever stayed! The condo was SUPER clean and modern. The place was spotless and had everything you need for your stay. The views were amazing, plenty of space, and right next to tons of good food and grocery stores. The owner was super responsive and the instructions were very clear. Everything in the listing was spot on! We are saving this place for every future visit we make to PCB!

The condominium is beautiful and provides spectacular views. The condominium was very clean. The beds are comfortable. Checking in was easy. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The employees that we saw were nice and helpful. The beach is beautiful. The beach chairs are comfortable, and the umbrella provides the necessary sun protection. The condo was perfect for the four of us. We had a little glitch checking because our room wasn’t ready when they said it would be ready. The property managers made up for it with a lovely gift card. We would suggest that the love seat and couch be replaced, they were very hard for us older people to get out of.
