Twin Palms 1701

This the nicest stay I think I’ve had so far in PCB. The view was incredible even on the 17th floor. It was very quite, easy access to the pool and the beach. Plenty of room inside and on the balcony. It has everything you need, just like being at home. I really can’t say anything bad about it and will definitely try to book it again.

The unit was very clean with a perfect view of the gulf. We saw dolphins almost everyday. The communication was excellent. The condo is roomy and the beds very comfortable. This unit did not disappoint.

I really enjoyed myself!!! It was everything that I needed and more!! The pricing, accessibility, the communication, EVERYTHING!! I loved RealJoy's hospitality so much that during my vacation, I actually booked another stay with them for next month!! Yes. They are that good.. I'm hoping to do more business with them in the future. Especially after finding out they have more beach front property on Front Beach Road. I'm eager to try one of those houses out that they have near Pier Park.. Who knows since I'm nearing retirement, I may have them sell me some property there. I can't wait until next time. You guys and gals keep up the great work! Until then. See you soon!!

The apartment was very clean next to the sea. We spent most of our time in the balcony which was amazing.The bathrooms were all updated clean and sufficiently supplied with the amenities. There were a few things which I felt could have been better are the mattress were too soft for my comfort same with the couches. Over all I would definitely go back to this place again and would recommend it to others as-well..

The resort was amazing and well kept. Very clean. Covered parking was awesome. The beach access is very nice as well. The room/apartment is awesome!! Very clean and well appointed. The balcony.... awesome! Huge and comfy place with plenty of room. Could use a broom in the room.

We stayed at 1701 Twin Palms and it was very laid back and nice. The elevators were always accessible which is a huge deal when staying in condos at the beach. The unit was nice and clean. The only issue was there was no broom available to keep the floors swept while there and only 1 dishrag for the week. Other than that, it was wonderful. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was comfortable. Twin Palms will definitely be our stay again!!!

RealJoy was a pleasure to work with-very responsive and worked with us on a post reservation change when they didn’t have to. Our specific unit was wonderful! The decor was updated, lovely and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The sectional patio couch was a favorite hangout for comfort and room for all four of us to soak in the ocean/beach view. My husband and I will be rebooking this exact unit in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Panama City during spring break! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony – the views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The view was fantastic! Beds were very comfortable. Love the furniture on the balcony, very relaxing opposed to chairs and table. Location was perfect. Phillip, the gentleman taking care of the phisility needs a raise. Not only did he address issues we had promptly, but he kept everything so clean. Miss information on parking. Was told over the phone the parking lot across the street was for overflow and would cost $4.00 a day. Not true. It is not for overflow parking for this establishment and furthermore it is public parking at $12.00 a night. The hight fot your parking should be more specific. Our truck is 7ft tall and your parking is 6ft 9in. So now we had two vehicles we had to pay at $12.00 a day. Money we did not include in our budget. Therefore no boat trip to shell island. Need warning to guests it is a felony to throw anything off balcony. My daughter was hit in the head with a quarter while swimming in the pool from the 17th floor. Phillip handled the situation immediately but police had to be called. My daughter is fine and no charges were pressed. Two young girls were throwing coins off their balcony.

Easy access to the beach. It was a short walk to the elevator, a short walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. Property was easy to find in an excellent location. Our balcony was huge! With a nice sectional couch for relaxing and enjoying the views with two access points, the living area and master bedroom. The parking garage is a tight fit! I wouldn’t recommend driving any lifted trucks. My truck barely squeezed through. The kitchen sink in our unit didn’t have hot water but the bathrooms had plenty!

Everything was great when we stayed. The only thing was that the dishes that were in the cabinets didn’t seem clean. Host maybe needs to consider getting a new dish washer. It took forever to start and had to run it twice.
But other than that, would stay again. Everything was great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We’ve been coming to PCB for 15 years and this is our first time to stay at Twin Palms. We will definitely be saving this exact listing for next year. Beds were super comfortable, although we did purchase a pillow while we were there because our preference is a little firmer than what was in the room. The elevators were super fast every single time!We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended an extra night. The balcony was probably our favorite part. The furniture was cushioned and comfortable and so spacious! Everything was as listed, we have zero complaints about our stay. The only “negative” thing that I would say is that we ended up with a warning citation on the next to last day for not having a valid parking pass, which the host was made aware of when we checked in. We thought they would bring us one but never did. Oh, and the parking garage is a little tight so be cautious if you have a luggage rack on top or a lifted vehicle it could be an issue.
