Our stay was perfect. The room had everything we needed. Loved the little thoughtful touches throughout the condo - extra towel rods and robe hooks, etc. The extra beach items like noodles, sand buckets and the foam boogie board were such a nice addition as well. We really enjoyed it and would most definitely stay again. The kitchen was great, laundry room was great, master bed and bath were amazing - lovely view of the ocean, even the extra room was perfect and had a bunk bed and full sized bed! Just a wonderful place. Thank you!!

I can't speak to this condo, as it had an unexpected plumbing problem right before our stay, but the hosts were very accomodating about finding us another condo to stay, which ended up being a 1BR upgrade. It was a very nice, clean and had a great view of the gulf. I highly recommend staying in one of their properties.

We flew in from the Pacific NW for a family week on the beach. This condo was perfect. Spotless, well located and feet from miles of white sand. It had everything we needed for a family of five. The building is well maintained and the management company was very responsive to questions. The only small thing we would suggest is instructions on finding the unit’s parking space as they are randomly strewn throughout a four story garage!

Property was very nice as shown on website. We had a beautiful ocean front condo with beautiful sunsets.Only suggestion is let your guest know what level your parking spot is on. Maybe it was sent to us but we couldn't find it nor was it written down in the condo. We did find it after about a half hour. Not a big deal but much needed. It is very easy to load and unload the car with 4 wheel carts by the elevator. We would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at this condo. The checkin was easy & beachfront was gorgeous & convenient. The parking deck is tight so beware. Vending machine wouldn't work but no big deal. Condo was spotless & decorated pretty. Loved that the T.V. was already loaded with Roku apps & wifi worked great. The condo was stocked with a very dish/cooking utensil you'd need. Make sure you bring kuerig pods, salt/pepper, spices or any condiments you may need. 10/10 recommend!!

The property itself was nice and clean. All appliances were working properly and the location itself was great. Management was very prompt as well with the master toilet seat repair as it was cracked upon our arrival. Only issues I had involved the bunkbed that was questionable in terms of stability and would sway/jerk with the slightest bit of movement. 2 of our guests who were to sleep in the bunk didn’t feel comfortable doing so, understandably, so they slept in the same bed right next to it. In addition, the master mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as hoped. Still was a great condo overall and would recommend.

Our stay at Tropic Winds was absolutely lovely the price was well worth it our unit was clean , comfy with everything in it we needed to enjoy our stay .We extended our stay we liked it so much. Our host was easy to reach and accommodated us as soon as we reached out . Plenty of household things such as trash bags and detergent to last awhile. The property workers where so friendly and treated us like family. We had no complaints at all. We loved it and will be returning. We also got to say tons of stingrays almost everyday from our unit playing and flipping around in the water it was awesome and dolphins in the mornings. Definitely recommend visiting . We absolutely loved our stay our hosts was so responsive and helpful.Helped us with anything we needed promptly which we had everything at the unit we just wanted to extend our stay we enjoyed it so much.The property owners treated us like family The unit was so clean and comfy . It was very quiet area no drama of any sort . We could see stingrays play jump in and out of the water for the longest time from our unit with a few dolphin s in the morning to see as well . Very nice unit! It was just right for us. Kitchen was big enough for two women preparing meals. Kids enjoyed the huge balcony and the 11th floor was a perfect combination of privacy and the gorgeous view. Beach was clean and we took advantage of the cool breeze and warm sand.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our food and not have to go out for every meal. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the rental. The view from the balcony was excellent. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the rental itself, was that there seemed to be a lot of issues with the elevators on the property. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The condo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large balcony and all the room and chairs there. The king bed was very comfy. We found the supply of extra blankets and pillows to be handy. The swimming pool is located to the side of the building. There, it doesn't get much sun throughout the day. Otherwise, we enjoyed the sun deck overlooking the beach.

Overall we had a great stay..The view of the beach from the balcony was awesome! The cleaners could have done a little better job before we checked in but it wasn't horrible..Also there wasn't very many dishes or cooking pans but again not a huge biggy..We liked the location as well..Fishing piers were just right down the road too which was cool..My family enjoyed our stay!! We throughly enjoyed unit 1104. We have been going to Panama City for many years and this condo was one of the best places we have stayed. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Looks just like the pictures show. The Realjoy rentals and VRBO made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to work with. We will defiantly be doing this again in the summer of 2020 and I hope we will be able to get this same unit.

We loved this condo. It was just as pictured except for the balcony furniture. We chose this one partly because of the nice furniture that was pictured, and it is no longer there. What we had was passable though, and the wonderful large balcony made up for the missing furniture. The unit is very close to the elevator, which was very convenient and the building is in a great location. We did not want to leave.

This is our 6th time staying in PCB and our third time at Tropic Winds. The other condos we’ve stayed in don’t compare to this one. The room is conveniently located close to the elevators. It was extremely quiet the whole week. The bunk room was perfect for our two little ones to have their own space. There were extra chairs and toys if we needed them too. The condo was extremely clean. The balcony was perfect! We were able to have lunch there daily. We saw dolphins daily, and even got a visit from a sea turtle! I will say the mattress in the master bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable, but my husband liked it. I think that’s just a personal preference. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay in 1104 again!

Property was just as listed. Clean and nicely decorated. It was quite and very family friendly. The only issue we had was with parking. Extremely limited, and very tight. People parked in our reserved space which then made us park in someone else’s space then it l lead to us getting a phone call to move. Other than that it was great! Will stay again!

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The view was wonderful from the balcony. The beach and beach access was great. General location was very convenient. Not in the middle of the tourist traps, but close enough if you wanted action. Winn Dixie was close by. Our only complaint was the full size mattress in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. WiFi was out for a day, but was taken care of. All correspondence was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Property is well cared for. Only negative was when I tried plugging my cell phone in the kitchen counter sockets (2 out of 3) plugs didn't function. The unit is very close to elevator. All my concerns were tended to immediately with phone calls. I would stay here again. Be sure you are booking with owner. I was charged $87 through a website that is deceitful as if owners. Beware!

We had a great time despite the cold air! Amazing view, everything in order and up to date. Bedrooms were spacious and well kept. The living area was gorgeous, very nice kitchen. Instructions were prompt and direct. Parking was no hassle, and there was no crowd this spring break! Kids and I had a blast and will return soon.

We were greeted immediately upon arrival. We found our parking and room with no trouble. We loved the ease of using the app for check in/check out. Walking in the room we were amazed at the hardwood floors and the space the condo offered. Our family of 4 traveled with friends (2) and had plenty of room. We found the condo had everything we needed with lots of updates throughout. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with our guitars. Tropic Winds was easy to find and travel to nearby attractions like Pier Park. Tropic Winds had a good family friendly atmosphere. We loved being right on the beach. It was our home away. We cannot wait to go back.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this unit! The decor was spot on and so tastefully done. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the beach area where the unit was located. We have been to PCB many times and this unit tops them all! The only suggestion I might have, would be a full size sofa in lieu of a loveseat for more seating. The condo, amenities and view were all amazing! Check-in and check-out were a breeze on my mobile phone. Locating the parking spot was a challenge, but security helped us find it. The cleaning fee was more than I have paid in other places (since we had to clean before leaving), but we knew the fee at booking. We would definitely rent a condo from RealJoy again in the future.
