Featuring coastal décor, updated furnishings, and a bright open layout, it’s the perfect home base for your 30A getaway. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and includes a king suite, a queen room, and a bunk room that’s perfect for kids, along with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Located just steps from the resort-style pool, you can easily unwind after a day in the sun. Enjoy exploring the area on one of the 6 included bikes or take a short drive to the beach, then head over to The Big Chill for food, drinks, and live entertainment.

Things Prominence has to offer:
A 5,000 sq. ft. pool includes a zero-entry feature, seasonally heated sections, cabanas, a bathhouse, and shaded relaxation areas with hammocks. Outdoor dining pavilions, grills, and fireplaces add to the fun. The beach is easily accessible by bike, and Prominence has a dedicated golf cart vendor for easy transportation.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

“The Big Chill” is the community center for Prominence and is only a quick 5 minute walk from your condo. The The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

Prominence is located just east of Seagrove and west of Watersound and Eastern Lake. Seaside and Rosemary are a short car ride away in either direction.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

There was hair on the floor of the upstairs bathrooms. There was a leak on kitchen faucet. There was no response to my email about a key for the golf cart. No path to the beach we had to drive to find a beach.

Beautiful home near beach. The home is beautiful and the pool is great for families with children. The Chill across the street is lots of fun…. food, live music and shopping. Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and the hosts were very friendly & responsive if anything was needed. Location was amazing, right across from the hub and local shopping, I would definitely recommend this exact place to a friend if visiting the area!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Prominence! The place is beautiful, comfortable, and so clean. You can tell that this place is taken good care of and the management is so kind. I love that the pool and gym is right down the street, as well as the Big Chill right across from the road. Everything is family friendly and there are so many great places to eat. This was one of the best vacations that I have ever been on and this place is now my go-to vacation spot. It was an unforgettable and extremely relaxing!

After a huge issue with another condo we rented we found the townhouse through RealJoy and were pleased from check in to check out. The condo was beautiful, more than enough room for the 6 of us, the pool was perfect for our kids…they had fun riding in the golf cart and the bikes that were part of the rental were an added bonus. I also loved the fact that the area is a tourist area, but it didn’t feel like it. It’s just a quaint area, close to the beach. We will definitely be back!
