**Pool refurbishment will take place May 12th-19th, 2025. and will be closed during this time. Guests can utilize the pool near Blue Dunes Grill, just a short walk away.**

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master suite, and a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle in the guest bedroom. The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Tides building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your East allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

Adventure Zone Attractions consist of a Zip Line - experience an aerial view of the Village and its surrounding areas, Sky Trail Ropes Course, Tower Climb, and the Eurobungy. The Events Plaza always has a lineup of concerts and entertainment year-round! OR shop till you drop! Silver Sands Factory Stores is one of the premier factory outlets in Florida, acclaimed as the nation’s largest designer outlet center.

If you want relaxation, check out Topsail Hill State Preserve. It is almost undeveloped, and this 1600-acre parcel of land encompasses some of the most beautiful terrains in the state. Freshwater lakes, pine forests, towering dunes, and a host of wildlife occupy the area, nature trails that wind through the preserve, and more than three miles of breathtaking beaches.

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure Land Playground and test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories, and everything in between, a wine shop, a toy store, a general store, and even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved the condo. It had a gorgeous ocean view. We could go straight down the elevator to the beach. The restaurant-bar was delicious and convenient. One of the best places were we stayed at! It’s totally worth the view and convenience of being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes from the door step ) very clean place with absolutely no pests (Big Plus!) kitchen had everything we needed for our week long stay) Washer and dryer were much appreciated with three kids ! Beds and bedding were very comfortable just a bit squeaky. Our stay was amazing at this property and would definitely recommend it to family.

We loved this cozy property and the beautiful ocean view from the private beach resort. The place was spotless, and the staff was very responsive via email. It was exactly like the photos taken from the property, but I didn't know it was a multi-unit property resort. The beach was so clean, and the resort was well-maintained. We hope to visit again with family and friends.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The only complaint I would have is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a bit uncomfortable. I look forward to next year and hopefully I can get the same condo.

Beautiful condo

Condo was very clean and the location was great! The condo was well stocked with towels and wash cloths. We were given a “starter” pack of toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods and they supplied more than enough for our stay. We didn’t have to use any of the extras we brought with us. We came into contact with many of the staff while we were there and all of them were incredibly nice and courteous. The only issue we had was the deadbolt on the front door didn’t lock but as soon as we reached out, they were quick to respond with help.
