Top of the Gulf 807 is a cozy and totally renovated studio that has large windows overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Offering two comfortable queen beds to sleep up to 4 guests, this is a perfect space for couples or small families. The open kitchen has everything you need to whip up an amazing meal with plenty of counter space for meal prep. A dining table is available to enjoy your delectable meal or as a laptop-friendly area while you work remotely. Your next family vacation is waiting, and Top of the Gulf 807 will have you ready to come back year after year to make memories on the Gulf Coast.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
**This property doesn't allow groups of adults under 25 or under, with No Exceptions.**
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees.**
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site that are not staying within the complex.**
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool and foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, a fabulous water park, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell, and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

Such a nice place to stay! On the water, clean and amazing views! The only suggestions I have is to provide more kitchen amenities, I wish there was salt and pepper and a few other items. I feel like these things are normally included but it wasn’t anything to really worry about. Overall we had an amazing stay and would for sure recommend!- Posted: 3/17/2025

Great place with a beautiful view over the gulf and quick access to the beach. Do note that the small square area next to the pool is a kiddie pool rather than a hot tub. The front desk ladies are the nicest people and help the place run super smoothly! Highly recommend staying here any time of year.- Posted: 3/1/2025

Pros: Nice family friendly place on the beach! Amenities were great: pool, beach, outdoor games. Pleasantly surprised with how well the room was stocked for our stay. Cons: bed was very firm. Not soft at all. And very few places for storage. I knew the room wasn't large but felt like we were constantly having to move things around to utilize space.- Posted: 7/11/2024

Such a cute space! I’ve stayed at Top of the Gulf in the past and absolutely love it because of how quiet and private it feels. This condo was so cute and updated really well. Really liked the place and enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the ceilings were either really dusty or moldy. We’re thinking dust because of the popcorn ceiling. Kept drawing our eyes to it. Plus lots of dust under beds which we only knew because of our 2 year old grandson and his fascination with hiding stuff. Besides that very nice place- Posted: 7/17/2023

The view was beautiful. The view. Right on the beach. Pool was awesome. Had activities you could do outside. Bathroom was kinda small and not clean, there is no curtains and some blinds was tore down when we arrived. But we made it work. great for small families- Posted: 6/20/2020

You get what you pay for.
Location was great, the room was spacious & had a pretty view of the ocean. The pool area is really nice, and the tiny tiki bar was neat, we really enjoyed it. Easy access to the beach. We would book again. The bathroom is small & the tv had static the whole time so we couldn’t watch tv.- Posted: 5/31/2020
