The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

We loved our beach getaway in a RealJoy rental! The building was quiet and smaller than many of the other high-rises on the PCB strip, which meant the beach in front of the condo was more private/less crowded than other areas. Room is exactly as pictured. King sized bed is firm and comfy. We will be back!- Posted: 9/5/2024

This place was absolutely beautiful with a perfect beach side view. We kept the window open to hear the ocean waves. The kitchen was nice to have to be able to cook for the 5 days we were here. The bathtub was great especially since my girlfriend had a broke foot the handle shower came in handy. Over all a really great place. Only problem was having to get the key pad lock battery change to be able to lock our door. Easy walk to near by places and small bars- Posted: 9/4/2023

Wonderful quiet place, the best for the price we paid. Would love to go again. Turns out there was a blender, hairdryer, toaster. My son didn't like the sofa bed, but that's what it always is, maybe there are some more comfy options as for the sofa, however we were able to set it up differently for the night with all the pillows and extra bedding to make it comfier. Enough storage for a family of four. The laundry rooms are on other floors, we didn't do the laundry though. Would love a better weather, however it was our first time to be in Florida for spring break, I'm glad we had some blankets for the night since we don't like it too warm, but it would be a bit too cold with the air-conditioning on and I had ear plugs because it was too loud with it being on. Make sure to visit nearby state park, St Andrews, for beautiful views, shells and swim (entrance $8 per car I think).- Posted: 4/1/2023

This place is located on the 7th floor at Top of the Gulf. It is directly on the beach and is located near many restaurants and attractions, some within walking distance. This was a great stay for us!
The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Queen size bed, full bath with rain shower head, dining area, full kitchen, living area with couch and TV. The views were incredible. There were seating areas with great views of the beach on each floor. There is also a private pool and beach access.
Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Dear future guest this place will not disappoint. The view was amazing and the description in the listing was superb. We felt at home. Almost all locations were with a quick drive or walking distance. Highly recommend but be sure to read all the emails. Everything was amazing, except the man who takes payment for parking was super rude. Everything about the place it’s self was amazing. The view was so beautiful. The condo was clean and neat. They have some beach chairs by the pool you can borrow. I loved it over all !- Posted: 4/24/2022
