The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. It was affordable and you can tell they put effort into to making it cozy. What really stood out was the RealJoy realtor. Excellent accommodation. Located right on the beach, you don't have to go to other beaches. We visited two beaches at the beginning, and by the end, paradise was right in front of us. The apartment was absolutely comfortable. It's located in the best area of Panama City Beach. Overall the condo was great! I have no complaints, only a few suggestions. There is a dehumidifier in there (which is highly needed). But no instructions or anything advising you that you need to empty the water out of it. The first day we were there it was blowing hot air and decided to check the water reservoir. It was full, so we emptied it. We found that it needed to be emptied daily. The lock to the condo was a little different but luckily my husband figured it out. Otherwise I have zero complaints! It looked just like the pictures. The lady at the front gate was amazing! She kept everyone out who wasn't supposed to be there. We would stay here again.- Reviewed On: 7/4/2025

We had the best time! The unit was exactly as described and beautiful! Don’t even get me started on the view! 😍 the only recommendation I would have is if you bring kids, bring some windex because they also love the big window with the view and will get their fingerprints everywhere! Lol

This condo/apartment was WONDERFUL!!! It was exactly as pictured! The ocean was literally visible from the bed and it was sooooo relaxing! They provide everything you need to start out. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy some, but we stayed a week and they only provided two rolls, no biggie. We did have a little trouble figuring out the dishwasher in the unit, but that was operator error lol, btw, it has stickers on the top to tell you what to do. While the unit is only big enough for 4 people, it was PERFECT for just the two of us. The listing said king size bed, but it was definitely a queen, again, not something that bothered us. The shower was amazing, the view was spectacular, the whole place was spotless, the couch was the perfect place to relax and unwind (it was stupidly comfortable), they provided plenty of blankets and pillows, and the freezer has an ice maker so no need to go out and buy ice. Oh, and the ac was incredible, as well as the dehumidifier. Overall, WOW- Reviewed On: 3/29/2025

We loved our beach getaway in a RealJoy rental! The building was quiet and smaller than many of the other high-rises on the PCB strip, which meant the beach in front of the condo was more private/less crowded than other areas. This place was absolutely beautiful with a perfect beach side view. We kept the window open to hear the ocean waves. The kitchen was nice to have to be able to cook for the 5 days we were here. The bathtub was great especially since my girlfriend had a broke foot the handle shower came in handy. Over all a really great place. Wonderful quiet place, the best for the price we paid. Would love to go again. Turns out there was a blender, hairdryer, toaster. My son didn't like the sofa bed, but that's what it always is, maybe there are some more comfy options as for the sofa, however we were able to set it up differently for the night with all the pillows and extra bedding to make it comfier. Enough storage for a family of four. The laundry rooms are on other floors, we didn't do the laundry though. Would love a better weather, however it was our first time to be in Florida for spring break, I'm glad we had some blankets for the night since we don't like it too warm, but it would be a bit too cold with the air-conditioning on and I had ear plugs because it was too loud with it being on. Make sure to visit nearby state park, St Andrews, for beautiful views, shells and swim (entrance $8 per car I think).- Reviewed On: 4/1/2023

This place is located on the 7th floor at Top of the Gulf. It is directly on the beach and is located near many restaurants and attractions, some within walking distance. This was a great stay for us!
The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Queen size bed, full bath with rain shower head, dining area, full kitchen, living area with couch and TV. The views were incredible. There were seating areas with great views of the beach on each floor. There is also a private pool and beach access.
Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Dear future guest this place will not disappoint. The view was amazing and the description in the listing was superb. We felt at home. Almost all locations were with a quick drive or walking distance. Highly recommend but be sure to read all the emails. They give a list of all items needed, check in procedures and communication throughout the entire stay. We enjoyed our Babymoon and look forward to going back.- Reviewed On: 5/2/2022

Everything was amazing, except the man who takes payment for parking was super rude. Everything about the place it’s self was amazing. The view was so beautiful. The condo was clean and neat. They have some beach chairs by the pool you can borrow. I loved it over all !- Reviewed On: 4/24/2022
