Top of the Gulf 418 is a recently updated, cozy condo featuring Gulf views from large floor-to-ceiling windows, making it perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway. Guests will find two queen beds to allow up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. A small kitchen is available for easy meals and includes a dishwasher for even easier cleanup. Take advantage of the onsite game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, large Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a small café. At the end of a fun-filled day with your family, gather on the beach to watch the spectacular sunsets. Your next vacation is waiting, and Top of the Gulf 418 will have you ready to come back year after year to make memories on the Gulf Coast.
The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.
**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with No Exceptions. **
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees.**
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

Our hosts were consistently friendly and very responsive if we called or messaged with a question throughout our stay! The condo was super clean and tidy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dishware--perfect for making some basic meals if you don't want to eat out every night on vacation. Loved how secluded and not busy it was.

This was our first time in Panama City and everything was perfect. Very family friendly as I brought my 9 year old daughter and 71 year old mom. We really loved it. The beach and the pool were really clean. The ocean view was simply amazing. The beds were also comfortable and it felt like a home away from home! Very terrible never will do this hotel again
Nothing unfortunately Definitely was disappointed the whole entire trip to Stafford very disrespectful. We went down for a bike week. They would not let us do a lot of things which really disappointing with how much the room was.- Reviewed On: 5/9/2024
