Welcome to Top of the Gulf 210, this cozy condo is perfect for a small family, a romantic getaway, or a solo relaxing trip. This condo offers a queen bed, pull-out sofa couch, and a full bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up an amazing meal. Watch the sunset after a fun-filled day. Take advantage of the onsite game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, large Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a small seasonal café. Your next vacation is waiting, and Top of the Gulf 210 will have you ready to return year after year making memories on the Gulf Coast.

**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, no exceptions.**

**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees.**

**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site that are not staying within the complex.**

**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

Area Attractions:

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell, and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Real joy has a great studio! Located in our opinion in one of the most convenient areas. One night we walked for pizza and icecream located near the condos. We felt we had everything we needed with the pool & beach easy to get to with showers to rinse off with Walmart or Dollar general just blocks away. We would rent this place again! Thanks RealJoy

Real Joy has had great communication with us by kept us updated before, during, & after our vacation. Our condo was perfect for the both of us, with the beach right no far out back. I would suggest to invest in an umbrella as the sand will burn you here from the reflection. We enjoyed our stay and relaxed everyday with the location being in a great spot. One night we walked for icecream! We would rent through Real Joy again. It was a great feeling knowing your host was taking care of you & we felt like we belonged at Top of the Gulf 😊

Great location and great property

First time staying here. Easy to get to and a lot of parking availability. Room was exactly as advertised. Located on the second floor making it easy to get to the pool and beach and just down the hall from the balcony area where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pool and Gulf. The room was clean with all the expected comforts . No issues. Mello atmosphere and extremely friendly workers and fellow guests. Great experience!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size for us and had all starter items you need (dish soap, trash bags, tp, etc.) It was also equipped with extra kitchen appliances such as a crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, etc. in addition to the full-size oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The location in proximity to things away from the beach was great and close to many kid/family activities. In the same aspect, it didn't feel as busy as other parts of the beach. The building itself was 6/7 floors, so the beach area in front was not nearly as crowded as other beach front condos. The room being on the 2nd floor was perfect for us. Outside of unloading/ loading our things, we used the stairs and never had to wait on elevators. The walk to the beach was super easy and close. You walk across the pool area, and you're right as beach access made going back to the room to eat super nice. Pool area was nice,and the deck over the snack bar was perfect for sunsets!
