We stayed for almost a month and felt right at home. The condo was very nice and the views were breathtaking. Host was friendly and responsive. Staff at front desk were always pleasant and helpful. Shopping and Pier Park are only 6 mins away. I would recommend this place and will most definitely visit again.

Stayed here during a work trip, and it was perfect! The condo was clean, modern, and had stunning ocean views. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the peaceful beachfront location made it easy to balance work and relaxation. Highly recommend and hope I can stay again in the future!

My stay in Tidewater 2804 was one of my most relaxing business trips I’ve ever had. The view from the balcony was amazing and even being up 28 floors the area was so quiet I could still hear the waves rolling onto the beach. Love the way the place was decorated, the King bed was super comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Kudos to Real Joy for maintaining this beautiful condo and Thanks to the owners for allowing me to enjoy their beach getaway.

View is beautiful and location being near pier park is great. Road construction on front beach road is atrocious right now but that’s at no fault of the resort, however it’s something future guests need to be aware of.

Describe correctly in their listing. Remeber to bring laundry detergent and trash bags. Condo was great, as for the Tidewater itself we were not a fan of the elevators and the staff. Elevators are always congusted and packed. Staff seem annoyed when asked questions. Would i rent from Realjoy again at a differnet location, definitely. Will we be back to tidewater? No.

Beautiful condo with a great view! Smooth check in process once we figured out we needed to go to the parking garage first. Beware of elevator lines if you check in between 4pm-6pm. We will def stay at this property again!

Great place to stay! It looked exactly like the pictures. There is an additional $38 dollar charge for parking and wristbands. The pools were very big and there was a hot tub on both ends!!! be careful when you check out- I would advise packing up the night before as Sundays are so busy during check out time that it can take a very long time to catch the elevator to load up your car. I ended up walking down the 26 flights of stairs. The condo itself was worth it though!! Very clean and nice with a wonderful view

I liked the size of the condo and the fact it had 2 full baths. We also liked the adjustable bed. Also loved the amenities, the pools, exercise room, in house restaurant and the Movie theater was a big plus! The 2 of the dinette set chairs were unsteady . The chair legs were wobbly and we were afraid to sit on them. Also, I wish that the condo had a recliner chair. The chair ottoman set up was not good for someone with post knee surgery.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for two best friends. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, beautiful decor, and the most gorgeous view of the ocean from the 28th floor. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We loved the amazing views, very comfortable couches with a perfect view to the sea and breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. The only downfall are the elevators at peak hours. Other than that is a perfect place.

I was very pleased with this condo. I’m big on cleanliness and was really pleased with how clean everything was. The room was exactly as described aside from one thing: the description doesn’t speak highly enough of the views! The views are amazing! I wouldn’t change a thing about this stay. The beds were comfortable which is hard to find in most condos. I slept well and so did the rest of my family. The security was also very comforting to have. You could tell they took their job seriously without being too overbearing. Check in and out was a breeze. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

I can not say enough out our stay here. Everything was perfect. The whole suite was spotless and had Everything we needed. Turns out this is 28 floors up (I guess it never dawned on me even after knowing the room number.. lol) which offered the most magnificent views. We would watch the sunrise out the front door and the sunset off the back patio. When we weren't on the beach, we were out shopping or eating. Everything we needed was so close (even a Walmart). If you're thinking of staying here, DO IT.

It was very clean, the staff was very polite. Everything was easy to find. I loved that they had a gym, an arcade and a tiki bar..technically you’d never have to leave the condominium during your stay. 🙂 The first day was very crowded as expected, the elevators took more than 30 mins. To get to us and take us to our room, and even then they would stop at every floor. They were a nightmare.

The condo was excellent. It was exactly as advertised. My wife and I brought our 2 year old daughter on her first vacation and we had a fantastic time. We were in the perfect area and everything was very clean. The beach was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back next year to book our trip.

The actual condo was beautiful! We loved the layout and the fact that there was a washer dryer was a bonus! Nicely decorated and the view is amazing! The resort however needs some work. At least one elevator was broken every day making the wait process very annoying. Also the resort does not enforce people to wear mask even though signs are posted everywhere and the fact that the elevators were jammed packed due to lack of service was a bit unnerving! Loved the condo...resort needs some work.

This property is on the 28th floor and gives you a really nice view of the ocean, room looks like it has been updated. It did have a few small issues but nothing that would make anyone not want to stay there... example the master ceiling fan is stuck on one speed, front door you had to push closed for it to close all the way, just little things like that.
