Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Tidewater Beach Resort opened in March 2008. It’s a luxury resort ideally located on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to area dining, shopping and activities. It has plenty of amenities designed to please. Make a splash in one of the large beachfront pools, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the poolside tiki bar or just relax with a peaceful stroll along the beach. There’s also an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam, room, fitness center, and MORE! Under a mile to Pier Park, Tidewater Beach Resort is a fantastic destination for your next beach vacation!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and big enough for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & more! The views were spectacular, and the amenities made it feel like we were truly at a resort. We ate at Waves, had drinks from the Tiki Bar by the pool, and ate ice cream almost daily. Our kids took advantage of the theater, and we loved the gym. We are already planning our stay for the fall! This will be our new home away from home. -Brad J

If you’re looking for the perfect beach condo, you’ve hit the jackpot with this one. The views from the 26th floor are breathtaking and hard to leave. Condo was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing getaway! The beds and furniture were very comfortable and looked brand new! The owners are great to work with and were very inviting! Definitely a must see and worth every penny. Located right in the middle of everything so you can walk to almost anything you desire(Pier Park)! Will be back and am already missing this spectacular condo and beach!!

Kelly, the owner, was very kind and responsive. The condo was absolutely perfect. The home was clean and quaint, and it was in the perfect proximity to the beach, clean pools, and local restaurants. The furniture was nice, and the bedding was comfortable. Beautiful condo with amazing view. All necessary amenities available. Clean and bedroom, sofa bed was easy to setup and pack up. Kitchen was convenient. Could’ve done with more toilet papers but that’s fine. You’ll be amazed with the view from the top. Access to pools and beaches.

The view is spectacular and the condo was exactly as expected. The place was very clean, free of clutter and peaceful. We arrived later than expected and I had to contact the host as we did not receive the door code. They were very responsive and immediately gave me the code to get in within a few minutes of messaging. I would stay at another place by RealJoy in the future.
