Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Tidewater Beach Resort opened in March 2008. It’s a luxury resort ideally located on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to area dining, shopping and activities. It has plenty of amenities designed to please. Make a splash in one of the large beachfront pools, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the poolside tiki bar or just relax with a peaceful stroll along the beach. Location is perfect. The balcony and ocean view was gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast elevators. I was on the 26th floor and I think the longest I waited for an elevator was a minute or two. I WILL be back. I even tried to extend my stay but someone was checking in the following day so I couldn’t 😅

**Exceptional Stay at Tidewater Unit 2604** We had an absolutely wonderful stay in **Unit 2604 at Tidewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach** and would gladly stay here again! Staff was SO helpful by text even! First and foremost, this condo was **exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained**. I actually bring a mop with me to every Airbnb because I’m very particular about cleanliness, and I genuinely struggled to find any dirt or dust here\. That alone impressed me tremendously\. The level of cleanliness was **superb, meticulous, and far above what we typically experience in vacation rentals**\. The condo was also **spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped**, with an incredible Gulf view from the 26th floor\. Having a **washer and dryer in the unit** was extremely convenient\. The location and amenities made the stay even better\. We were able to have **restaurant food delivered easily**, as well as **Walmart delivery**, which was a huge convenience\. There’s also a **Starbucks and shops right there**, making it easy to grab coffee or pick up something without having to go far\. Tidewater itself has excellent amenities, including a **huge, well\-equipped gym**, nice pool areas, and **covered parking** We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it—the shrimp tacos were delicious! Between the immaculate cleanliness, breathtaking view, spacious accommodations, great amenities, and unbeatable convenience. Unit 2604 truly exceeded our expectations!! **We will absolutely stay here again\. Highly recommend Unit 2604!!

An ABSOLUTE YES!! This Unit was amazingly clean! The view was something to talk about! The bed linens were clean and it was very comfortable! We went in late August so zero issues with elevator and the restaurant is worth trying!! Nice spacious gym as well!

We had the most amazing time in this space. This condo is very clean and situated in the most convenient location to get to pier park (we walked) and also close to many other wonderful restaurants. The views from the 26th floor into the water were beautiful and we saw plenty of wildlife in the water from our balcony. Easy beach access and very friendly/helpful staff on site. The only things I will say are worth noting are: 1, make sure you have the patience for slow and sometimes crammed elevators, and 2, if you like to sleep with lots of blankets be sure to bring some of your own! Overall we had a fantastic time! Would book again!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and big enough for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & more! The views were spectacular, and the amenities made it feel like we were truly at a resort. We ate at Waves, had drinks from the Tiki Bar by the pool, and ate ice cream almost daily. Our kids took advantage of the theater, and we loved the gym. We are already planning our stay for the fall! This will be our new home away from home. -Brad J

If you’re looking for the perfect beach condo, you’ve hit the jackpot with this one. The views from the 26th floor are breathtaking and hard to leave. Condo was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing getaway! The beds and furniture were very comfortable and looked brand new! The owners are great to work with and were very inviting! Definitely a must see and worth every penny. Located right in the middle of everything so you can walk to almost anything you desire(Pier Park)! Will be back and am already missing this spectacular condo and beach!!
