Beautiful views we got to see turtles dolphins, and sunsets and sunrises right off the balcony! This place is beautiful. The elevators had a lot of traffic so you do have to wait but other than that everything was perfect and it’s amazing that it comes with the beach, chairs and umbrella. Very helpful.

The condo was very clean and exactly like it was described. The location is great and easy to find. The only issue we had was the wait time for the elevators. Other than that everything was perfect!

The location was very good and we enjoyed our stay we loved our views every morning and all around all day view! First off where the elevators that would take a long or longer time to get in one and one in particular would jump (drop) from 13th floor to the 10th floor and that gave wife and kids a scare but overall the wait time is awful if your a very impatient personsecond The door (main entry door to the apartment) has to be shut somewhat hard to make sure it closed properly. When we got there and left our things in the room and went on to the beach and when we got back we realized the door hadn't closed all the way so that kinda concerned me thinking someone had gotten in without our knowledge or permission but soon we learned we needed to give it a good pull or push for it to completely close.

This unit was absolutely perfect and the back deck view overlooking the ocean is gorgeous. I loved having access to the back deck from the Master bedroom.
This is a selling feature that I always look for when searching for a high rise condo on the beach. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful from the back deck of this unit. Other selling features are indoor and outdoor pool’s & hot tubs. There is also a sauna and the steam room. The steam room was not working but this is no fault of the owners of this unit. The security man tried to fix it for me. I don’t think anyone was aware that the steam room was not working. The security guy said it had not been reported as far as he knew.
RealJoy team responds quickly and are very accommodating.
The unit is very close to the Pier with a lot of shops and restaurants.
I will definitely return for another visit.

Tidewater was a wonderful place to stay, at first we were concerned about the elevators because we heard about it being really slow. We were pleasantly surprised that the longest we waited over the entire week we were there was about 10 minutes and that was the night we checked in. And we were on the 22nd floor. I never even saw the stairs. The balcony / back porch area was very impressive!! Very private!
We couldn’t see or hear anyone else unless they were on the beach or in the ocean. The water was perfect as well. Crystal clear every day! We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the future.
It was a Birds Eye’s view for the fireworks on the 4th of July. One of the best shows we’ve seen from the pier that is just to the left or Tidewater. I would Highly recommend RealJoy properties to anyone looking for accommodations for vacation. Normally there is always some kind of negative and they were perfect in our minds. Thanks so much for a perfect vacation!!

We had such a good time staying here. The ocean view is absolutely gorgeous. Close to a lot of places to go including being right down the road from the Pier. Loved how easy the code of the door made it to get into the condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and the view was amazing. It was clean and the kitchen was a perfect size. Having the washer/dryer combo in the condo was a great benefit as well. One small thing that surprised us, however, was that there was only the bare minimum of basic supplies provided such as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. This might be sufficient for a weekend, but for a 9-night stay, it didn't last and we had to buy our own additional toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. That being said, we would highly recommend this unit - it was a wonderful place for our vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The condo and view were spectacular. Love that this condo included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I read some of the other reviews from others and they recommended pre purchasing parking passes online to save us a little bit of money and also the elevator wait time. That was very helpful and made check in faster. And we expected long waits for the elevator but it really wasn't that bad *knock on wood*. Hope this helps others and they enjoyed as much as we did.

Everything looks just like the pictures, needless to say we didn't have any long waits for the elevators, as I read a lot of complaints says that was there biggest issue. The weather wasn't great but we still was able to enjoy every day.

This was our very first time at the beach and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Our condo was amazing. The floor to ceiling views were incredible. It was a quiet condo which was lovely. The condo was great! Very secure and clean. The only downfall we noted during our stay involved the long wait times for elevators; however, I see this when I stay anywhere, and they do their best to streamline the elevator service by having staff to operate them.

We loved the condo. It was spacious enough for 6 people. The view was unbelievable. The master was big and we loved listening to the waves at night. It was clean and stocked with small toiletries and kitchenware. We loved the location being on the quieter end. Not near as much traffic. But close enough to get to everything. We rented a golf cart and had fun driving around. The ONLY complaint is the elevators. And honestly, they tried. They had people manning them during busy times. But there just isn't enough. This did not ruin our stay. It was annoying at times but if slow elevators ruin your trip to beautiful Panama City Beach then you're with the wrong people or you are the wrong people lol.
