Tidewater 2115

This condo was perfect for our small family! The unit location was convenient to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We cannot wait to stay again in the future!

Booked a random few days to enjoy the beach! Sadly it was a bit too cold but we still enjoyed it. Place was nice, needs a few changes. Daughter found a bottle in her bed when she went to sleep the first night. The tile in kitchen is busted on one. The knifes were still dirty with red lint it looked like and the bed is hard as a rock. Overall though we had a great time and I will be back!

A wonderful resort with a gorgeous view from the balcony. When you’re looking outside from indoors, it almost feels like you’re in the middle of the sea. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was much larger than we expected. We will be back to stay again in the future. No complaints!

This location was perfect for a family on spring break. Lots of families, very few college kids. The unit was spacious with incredible views. Probably could use a tad bit of updating but overall we would definitely go back.

We had a great time. The only complaints about the room was that it was a little hot during the day and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. We had to leave the curtains closed which blocked our view of the ocean. The elevator wait time was long during the day but it was fall break and we were on the 21st floor so it was ok.

One thing i liked about the property is that the view from our room and that the staff was good One thing i did not like about the property is that the pools were dirty with sand and that the room we stayed at needed a little bit of panting the bathroom door that was next to the buckbeds needed sone paint

Location was great. Loved how quiet our condo was. Noticed there were several security officers on property all the time which we appreciated. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. Everyone at Tidewater was very friendly. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big refrigerator. The unit could definitely use an upgrade in some areas. We were a little surprised by the scuffed up baseboards and floors. Paint chipping off on bathroom door. Rust on the washer. Perhaps just some attention to these types of details would help this unit.

The location and view was perfect! The door code was convient for the rooms. I didn’t like how high priced the restaurant was but it was wonderful food!! Also the elevators having to wait for 30 minutes at a time was awful!

Our view from the 21st floor was amazing! The property was clean and realistic as pictured. Only suggestion would be for them to get a more comfortable King mattress. It was very stiff. The staff at Tidewater were VERY FRIENDLY and helpful! The check-in process was flawless and the communication texts and emails were on point! We got our door code and got settled into our room with ease! Very nice place to stay! Also HUGE shout-out to the Tidewater Security staff for being so friendly and helpful! They allowed us to sign a waiver form and store our luggage in the security office before our room was ready, as well as today while we explored PCB a little more before heading to the airport. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us! We will definitely be back to Tidewater!

The location was within walking distance to pier park and Winn Dixie. The ocean view was phenomenal. The food at Waves restaurant was delicious. Did not get an email with door code. I had to call.

Clean property, great amenities, awesome beach, a short walk to the pier! The elevators were a nightmare but only because it was spring break and the hotel was packed so it was to be expected. When one broke it got real crazy but still worth it!

The property was just as described and loved exactly like the pictures. It’s was clean and the view of the ocean was out of this world. My fiancé and I loved having a balcony to see the ocean from the bedroom. The only negative was the elevator wait time when we were checking out, but other than that our stay was amazing and just the get-a-way we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again for sure!!

We loved staying at the Tidewater. Elevators are very busy but building is very big so understandable. Room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Multiple elevators down upon arrival but the problem was fixed quickly. Also, due to elevators being down they had a security man working the elevators to ensure efficiency and made it not so bad.

The condo was just as described, and very clean (coffee pot was a little too clean as my first cup of coffee tasted like cleaner, but a super easy fix-and gave me an excuse to get Starbucks from the shop downstairs) Elevators were slow, but I have never been anywhere that they were not, and RealJoy has no control over that—and it did not take away from our stay or our room. We travel the panhandle a lot and will definitely use RealJoy again for our future rentals in the areas they cover.

The overall stay was good. We love Tidewater Resort and this was our third year and third condo we've stayed in. This unit is just as it looks in the pictures. We really like the condos that end in #15. There is twice as much balcony space than most other units, and back a short hallway. . away from the noise of foot traffic. There were no hangers in the closets, but they were quickly replaced the next morning. The manager called a few times to make sure everything was ok. We would stay here again.

Unit nicely appointed. Location, Location, Location! Views couldn't be any better. Proximity to hiking in Conservation park, easy access to Bike Trails, and the indoor Pickle Ball courts within a mile made this a great location. Suggestion: remind guests to bring their own clothes hangers and double A batteries for remotes. This is true for almost all condos, not just the one I stayed in.
