The condo was very spacious and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the couch. The master bedroom and bathroom was EVERYTHING! There was a tv in every room which was a plus! Each bedroom has their own full bath which is another plus for a large group. The host was very informative and presented clear instructions and directions that were simple and very easy to understand. My family definitely enjoyed the stay and would choose this exact location again if we were to return!

This place was amazing. It was spacious for a family and friends, plus extra. The portable fans didn't work, but that was not a huge deal. It was very clean. The resort itself was nice. I didn't Realize it was spring break weekend and the resort kept the noise down to a minimum and well-controlled environment for families. Elevators were congested, but it was understandable being Spring Break weekend.

Family Vacation

I have been vacationing in PCB for the past 38 years and have rented both on and off the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. We especially liked the fact that it was within walking distance of Pier Park. The facilities were great. My guests used the hot tubs, saunas and gym daily. My only suggestion is that the kitchen and bathroom carpets be replaced with new ones and that the outdoor pools should be heated. I would highly recommend this unit.

Everything was just as pictured.. no disappointments. Beds were too comfortable, made it too easy to take a nap and waste a day lol. The place wasn’t over the top but nicely updated to make the purchase feel like I got a steel compared to other listings.
Communication was proactive, well communicated and when I reached out… response was faster than I’ve dealt with before.
I would definitely recommend the unit I stayed at. This was Tidewater Resort in Panama City Beach FL. Room #1802.

Condo was beautiful! The furnishings, decor, all the extras in the kitchen, were wonderful! Unit was large with plenty of space to spread out! Master bathroom was beautiful! The views at tidewater are great! We weee here for the 4th of July and were able to go out on the balcony or the beach to watch the fireworks from the pier. There are plenty of things in walking distance as well. Real Joy Vacations was extremely involved in the whole process, making sure we had all the information needed for check in, local attractions, local restaurants/stores, etc. My ONLY complaint would be entirely towards the Tidewater community itself and it’s simply that they need to work on their current elevator situation. Too many condos/people and not nearly enough working elevators. Again, at no fault of the owners of the condo or Real Joy, simply a community problem. I would rent this condo again, it’s clean, spacious, newly remodeled and very homey.
